00:00It takes a long time to get the final tally of storm surveys because in some cases you have one
00:06weather service office that may have 15 or 20 different tornadoes in their area and they survey these one by
00:12one.
00:13They have to travel to the damaged paths on days without more severe weather, drive across these paths repeatedly. They
00:19use videography sometimes from drones and so forth.
00:24They plot GPS points, damage is inspected very detailed and then they head back to the office, assess the tornado
00:31data, consult other experts and then create the storm surveys.
00:35So again, we are aware of dozens of tornadoes that have occurred from the event on Friday and Friday night
00:41and the surveys will continue.
00:43And again, here we are unfortunately into that upswing in the tornado frequency as we move in through late April
00:50into May.
00:51This is the peak of tornado season over the next six weeks.
