00:01Out of Paul's Valley, Oklahoma, last week the internet was abuzz after a video released of their principal, Kirk Moore,
00:11tackling a shooter in the lobby of their school.
00:15Okay, so right. So let's go back because I'll just recap this story really fast. So the video went viral
00:21and it was insane because you can see this young man walk into the school. You can see him kind
00:27of pacing around looking uncomfortable. And then you see him pull a handgun out, cock it, raise his hand to
00:34shoot someone. And then this older gentleman comes barreling out of nowhere and just tackles the guy.
00:42Turns out that's the principal. He got shot in his leg and had to go to the hospital, but no
00:48life-threatening injuries. And he and his assistant principal were able to keep this former student 20 years old. They
00:55were able to secure him until police arrived.
00:58It was incredible. The video garnered millions of likes. And then if you scroll through the comments, I'm sure you
01:05guys saw this too. It was like people commenting, where's his GoFundMe? How do we retire this man? How do
01:11we pay off his house? Right?
01:13Like all of these things that people wanted to do. When in reality, it was the students at Paul's Valley
01:22High School who wanted to honor Principal Kirk Moore. And they voted him to be prom king.

01:33So here we go. I mean, this is obviously an award for students, but they said there is nobody more
01:38deserving than our principal.
01:40Imagine the lives that he saved that day.
01:43Right.
01:44I mean, even if it was just one, but you don't know. He had two handguns, the shooter did.

01:48So like imagine the devastation that would have ensued if he saw what happened, locked his principal door and called
01:57police.
01:58Right.
01:58But instead he ran out and took action.
02:00He risked his own life to save hundreds.
02:04And the lesson that he is teaching his kids with his actions.
02:08I mean, actions speak louder than words.
02:10And he is saying, you know, protect your neighbor, protect your friends, protect your family.
02:14So to Principal Kirk Moore, we love you.
02:17I mean, Thursday is the NFL draft.
02:19This guy needs to go get drafted with that tackle.
