00:23Just to give our mga kanegosyo a background about yourself, Ms. Luan,
00:28you were a flight attendant.
00:30And then, nung nag-retire na po kayo, naisipan nyo magtayo ng pintura.
00:36I opened this store for workshop session, art workshop,
00:40to teach kids to adults on how to draw and paint.
00:45Bakit? Is this something that you really love to do? Is this your passion?
00:49Ever since I was in grade school, I joined the mga art contests.
00:53Wow!
00:53Tapos, nung college na ako, of course, ano, I wanted to pursue yung fine arts.
01:00I want to study fine arts.
01:02But during those times, long time ago, parang ang fine arts na wala daw, pera doon, parang ganon.
01:08So, I geared, I mean, my parents geared me into something else.
01:13I was a flight attendant for 22 years, and then I retired.
01:16Pero during those times na lumilipad ako, sa mga layover namin sa ibang countries, I paint also.
01:23So, this is really a nice example, mga kanegosyo, of turning your passion into a business.
01:29We know, putting up a business is not easy.
01:33So, sa dalawang buwan, ano ba yung mga challenges na na-encounter natin?
01:37Yung kung paano ka mag-attract ng customers, yung kailangan mo, at saka yung challenge ko sa salili ko.
01:47If I can, can I do this? How will I approach?
01:50Because each and every customer is different.
01:53Merong mga mahirap turuan, merong madaling turuan.
01:57I had to, ano, and I had to go to different locations, para makita ko yung flow ng mga tao,
02:07kung meron bang foot traffic, meron bang makakakita sa amin, may makakapansin ba, yung marketing, yung kung paano mo i

02:25So, what advice can you give for those people na gusto rin po magsimula sa pagnenegosyo?
02:30Meron kang gusto mga gawin, that makes you wake up each day, na iniisip mo siya everyday, everyday, ituloy mo
02:37lang, kahit na very small, like this one, this is a very small area, small business, parang ituloy mo lang
02:45yan, kasi hindi ka magsasaksid hanggang di ka nagsustart.
