00:00Today, we are proposing 42 new actions in 10 areas of the existing commissions,

00:11and we know that the Russia-Venezuela relationship is unstoppable and indestructible.

00:17I say this with the conviction of our historical roots that promote independence,

00:21self-determination, and sovereignty. These are spaces where Russia and Venezuela find common

00:36ground in the international arena, raising the banners of peace, stability, cooperation,

00:41healthy trade, and exchange within the framework of international law. We know that Russia is

00:46waging a great battle that definitively seeks to defeat any remaining phase of the fascism or the

00:51extremism that 80 years ago. Precisely Russia, at the forefront, knew how to carry the flag of the

01:05dignity of the peoples and peace. Eighty years later, symbolically, it wages the same battle for

01:12humanity against the neo-fascism and nazism. And we know that the participation of President Maduro

01:18in that commemorative act reached the spirit of Venezuela, anti-fascist, anti-racist, and anti-imperialist, too.
