00:06First, this is probably one of the craziest paranormal experiences I've ever had, especially to have caught on tape.

01:37It was built in the 1800s, but guys, it might be a hotel and restaurant now, but the history
01:42is a lot deeper than that.

01:45In the early 1800s, the Tilson's came here and they built a bunch of mills.
01:50They were big into manufacturing, real estate.
01:52They actually bought 600 acres of Oxford County.
01:55He actually developed a really good process for milling oats and they sold their process
01:59to Quaker Oats.
02:00So, the one that we're actually in right now is that oat one and it's one of the ones
02:03that's still standing.
02:04But there are parts of this building that are still original from the 1800s.
02:08And the crazy thing about the history of this place is it was a mill up until about the
02:121960s when it was sold as a, like, storage building.
