00:00Alright, let's talk about the elephant in the room. So I do see dead people. I see dead people, sometimes
00:05I hear dead people, I mostly dream of dead people, and it does take up a huge part of my
00:11day. So Selena, why don't you talk about this more? Why don't you tell people? Well first, are people going
00:17to think I'm like a little bit bonkers? Potentially, potentially. Am I scarred by things that have happened in the
00:22past? Majorly, majorly.
00:25The truth is, I do things that are weird, I see things that are weird, along with tons of people
00:31in the population of the world. Spiritualism has always been around, but it was birthed kind of into modern day
00:37culture only a couple hundred years ago, and that is dicey. We all know the Ouija board, we know the
00:43Bloody Mary in the mirror, we know that everybody we know probably has a ghost story, and people are either
00:49very much believers or absolute skeptics.
00:53Now I'm going to tell you the truth, I am very jealous of skeptics, because if I didn't have to
00:57live the way that I do because of the things that I see, hear, and experience, that would be great.
01:02But that is not my reality, and you know what? It's a gift I do love. It is cool. I
01:07don't want to make it all sound bad.
01:08I am nervous to talk about my gift and what I do. You guys have seen what I do through
01:14lots of videos that I've done with other creators, with Sam and Colby, when I go kind of into my
01:19transdental meditations, when I'm with Chris, with the cards that I have developed.
01:24You have seen it all from beginning to end, and I've never really addressed what I'm doing, how I do
01:30it, and what the experience is.
01:32And again, a lot of it does kind of come down to fear, and it comes down to a lot
01:35of people that have nothing to do with comments or people who are watching videos,
01:39but other people in this industry, because I'm going to tell you right now, I'm going to tell you right
01:43now, the spiritual industry, I'm calling it an industry,
01:46I don't think that's what it is, but the spiritual world, people who dive into this are either the best
01:51or the freaking worst.
01:52And the egos, the egos, when you start getting into this world, are unbelievable, and I'm just not that kind
01:59of person.
02:00I have a really hard time dealing with people who are very egotistical and people who will just talk nonsense
02:07about you when they don't even know you, okay?
02:09You've probably seen some other popular creators in the media lately talking about how they have just been through unbelievable
02:17bullying.
02:18I have been really lucky to work with some really great people.
02:22Chris, my best friend, Sam and Colby.
02:24These are people who really take what they do pretty seriously, and it's been really great.
02:28But I've also run into people who I haven't worked with that have said the absolute worst things about me
02:34or do weird things to kind of take shots at me.
02:37So, like, when you think of, like, high school and you have, like, the cheerleader mean girls, those are here,
02:44okay?
02:44Mean girls and mean boys.
02:46I've had people in my DMs after doing ghost videos with other people say,
02:49Hey, you want to come on a real ghost hunt? I'll show you what real ghosts are like.
02:52And then they end up in content of my friends, which is just absolutely ridiculous, and I won't drop their
02:57name, but, like, what was that?
03:00If you're watching this, what was that?
03:02There are two squirrels outside and I want them to kiss.
03:05Don't.
03:06He licked his bum.
03:06Oh, the other one's bum.
03:09Other than fear, I have been scarred by some things that have happened.
03:12If you've noticed in the last year, 2024 there, I really didn't do very much ghost hunting stuff.
03:18And it kind of boils down to something that happened way before social media started.
03:22So, before I started Tic Tac and all of this stuff, I had a podcast.
03:26It was called The Haunted Estate, and I started this podcast in a closet in the tiniest room in my
03:32house,
03:33and I would talk about spooky stuff.
03:34And the reason why I had transitioned to doing this podcast was because my whole life had been so smothered
03:41in paranormal stuff.
03:43When I was very, very little, it became very, very clear that I had a gift and something was very
03:48different with me.
03:49I won't go deep in the details, but a lot of things happened, and it was clear that I saw
03:55and heard things that were not of this dimension, of this spiritual realm.
03:58And it was terrifying, and especially to my parents.
04:02My dad recounts stories to me all the time because my parents very much were skeptics, my dad more so
04:07than my mom.
04:07But he was quickly, quickly a believer.
04:10Quick story, we had purchased this house.
04:12It was before I was born, so we didn't.
04:13My parents did.
04:14And in the summer, the windows were open, and you were hearing kids playing, and, like, really fun stuff was
04:19going on.
04:20But once the winter months come, the windows were all shut, and you could still hear those kids playing,
04:23and you could still hear kind of, like, a music box sound.
04:26That really freaked my mom out.
04:28Now, fast forward, I'm a little girl.
04:30I'm about three, four years old, and I had developed an imaginary friend, okay?
04:33I had this friend.
04:34Her name was Mary Agnes.
04:35My mom was like, where?
04:36Like, my middle name is Mary.
04:37She got that.
04:37But where did she get Agnes from?
04:39Where is Agnes?
04:41I was dead set on this name.
04:42Dead, dead set on this name.
04:44And I ended up talking about what she looked like and what we did together.
04:47And then one day, my mom was getting us ready for school, and she turned around, and she saw what
04:52I had described this little girl.
04:54standing underneath the kitchen table.
04:56She looked away, and she looked back, and the little girl was gone.
05:00So after that, my mom ended up hooking up with the Historical Society, doing a lot of history on the
05:05house,
05:06and found out that a little girl on that property was one of the founders, kind of, of our town.
05:10And that little girl did die.
05:11Her name was Mary Agnes, and she died of scarlet fever in the 1800s.
05:15A lot happened over the years.
05:17Some things that are really dark, some things that are very deep.
05:20But the one thing that remained was that I had a gift that was getting stronger,
05:24especially as I headed into puberty, which is a really, really common occurrence,
05:28especially if you're going through a lot of hard things.
05:30In this house, my mom was diagnosed with MS, and she had a really extreme decline.
05:34I was hitting puberty at the same time.
05:36It was a really big mix.
05:38And when puberty happens, and there's illness, poltergeist-type stuff happens.
05:42A lot of it's energy-based.
05:44It's weird.
05:44You can look into it.
05:45Is it a ghost?
05:46Is it energy-based?
05:47Poltergeists, you know, aren't really intelligent beings at all.
05:50So it's weird.
05:51It's like an energy thing.
05:52So as I got into my late teenagehood in my early 20s,
05:55I started working with some people and working on paranormal cases.
06:00And I ended up seeing some things that I don't know if I will ever be able to unremember,
06:07like going to an exorcism or helping a family rid some very dimly things from their home.
06:13And it was a lot for me.
06:15I did a lot of things as a kid, talking to things that I shouldn't have.
06:18And I think it lined me up for a lot of really terrible things that I went through in my
06:22young adulthood.
06:22So the reason I started the podcast is because I picked up some really bad energy.
06:26I did.
06:27And it stuck to me, and it stuck to people around me.
06:30And I needed to pull myself away from that and learn,
06:33because I'd never really learned how to protect myself.
06:35I have had things happen that make it so I have no choice but to believe wholeheartedly.
06:43Because even when it happens now, and I've had things happen a million times,
06:46I still am like, this can't be real.
06:49There has to be an explanation.
06:51A skeptic lives in me, but she's dead.
06:53She's dead inside.
06:54She's a ghost.
06:55I'm putting those together.
06:56She's literally a ghost.
06:58I'll give you a recent one, and then we're going to get into the nitty gritty.
07:00There was a person who had gone missing in our area.
07:05And that night, I went to bed, and I saw exactly where this person was and what had happened.
07:10And I sat on it, and I sat on it.
07:12And I saw this person posting a lot about said missing person.
07:15And I printed off a map, and I circled exactly where they were.
07:18And I sent them the map.
07:19And I'm like, hey, this is going to sound really weird, but I just have a feeling about this spot.
07:23And the person was back.
07:24She's like, who are you, and how do you know?
07:25And it got very scary for me.
07:26So I pulled back immediately.
07:27The next day was a search party, and they were going to get up at 8 a.m.
07:31I got up at 6 to get ready, and I said, Adam, like, I'm pretty sure that this person's here.
07:36And Adam was like, I don't want you to go, but my friend is going, so let him know.
07:39So I sent the friend a map, and I let him know.
07:41And he went to the police, and he said, this is a spot that I was told, you know, had
07:45vibes with.
07:46We should go there.
07:46And the police said, we've already looked there three times.
07:49No one's there.
07:49So this friend and some people went to that area anyways, walked the exact 30 feet that I had said,
07:55and found that person in that area.
07:57And I just remember, I was sitting at the kitchen table, and I looked at Adam, and I said,
08:00I think they're going to find him soon.
08:02And five minutes later, I got a message from the friend saying, we found him.
08:05And I said, dead or alive?
08:07And he said, dead.
08:08And I asked more details, and he said, I'm coming to your house.
08:11He got to our house, and he was kind of white.
08:13And he just was like, how did you know that?
08:16And I just said, I wish I could explain.
08:18But my dreams have been the biggest conduit of seeing things.
08:22My gift, I call it home reading.
08:24That's a blanket term for what I used to do.
08:26And I actually wrote a first book right here, The Home Reader.
08:29It is very dated and needs to be rewritten.
08:32I wrote it when I was like 22, maybe.
08:35And it was talking about the cases that I had worked on and the things that I have seen over
08:39the years.
08:40But I called it The Home Reader because what I used to do, I used to go into a space,
08:44and I would have my cue cards, which I ended up passing it off because I had someone with me.
08:48And I would sit down, and I would go into this weird meditation, which I try to do in like
08:52the Sam and Colby videos.
08:53And I obviously, there isn't as much time in the Sam and Colby videos, so I still get pretty deep.
08:57But the extent that I can get is almost, and this is how I describe it, which is very strange.
09:04But you know the first Insidious movie when they go into that like astral projection-y realm?
09:08It is in a weird sense a little bit like that, where like the light changes and stuff.
09:12So I would sit for usually nearly half an hour, and I would get into this state,
09:17and then I would open my eyes, and everyone would kind of sound like they're underwater.
09:21And I would go from room to room, and what would happen is memories would play from different points in
09:26time.
09:27It wasn't necessarily a haunting, as it was suspended energy of things that have been experienced.
09:32So I would sit down on a couch, for example, in a living room, and when I open my eyes
09:37to this side,
09:38this room might be a little darker, and this one's a little lighter.
09:41So the lighter one is less energy, but the one with a little bit of the darker like shadow hue
09:46to it
09:46would be the room that would have weird energy.
09:48And say there was something really bad that happened in there,
09:51I would go in, and instead of the ceiling being white, it would almost be as if like a smoke
09:56was up there.
09:57And then sometimes I could see whatever had happened in that room play out perfectly,
10:01but other times I'd be in that room, and I would just hear whispers, or like muted conversations of things
10:08that had happened.
10:09And I kind of put it down to what it sounds like to play with old walkie-talkies as your
10:13kid,
10:13where it's like really broken up, or it sounds really far away,
10:16or like a radio station, like with a frequency that's going in and out,
10:20so you can kind of hear what's going on, but you can't.
10:22I would do those meditations in each room.
10:25I would close my eyes, and I would get a clearer picture.
10:27But if it was something that I wanted to do quickly, I would do the one, and I'd walk around,
10:30and I'd say key words and key situations that I saw and heard,
10:35and then it would be dictated down on two cue cards that were named for each room.
10:39So that's the home reading aspect.
10:40Now, for me, when I'm in public, when spirit manifests in quite a different way,
10:45and it's hard, and that's why I don't really do concerts and stuff like that,
10:49but it starts with my ears ringing, and then I'll usually get vertigo,
10:54and I will feel very weird.
10:55And it's such a strange thing, because I have a really hard time connecting with, like,
11:00spirit of myself, or people who are really close to me,
11:04but strangers' connections are so much louder to me.
11:09But a lot of the time, it's as simple as my ears ring, and I feel dizzy,
11:13and I can feel the energy.
11:14I can identify if it's male or female, but I, you know, can't place who it's with.
11:19But there are times when I can, and that's why I don't spend my life saying,
11:23I am this person, because I can't just manipulate the energy of an area.
11:28And the truth is, I feel like if I practice on it, I could,
11:31but I just fear about spending so much of my time trying to cultivate this gift
11:37that I'm not sure if I want, because the truth is, being ignorant is fantastic.
11:42And when I do really work on this gift, it blows up, and it gets insane.
11:47And then I start wondering how much of it is real, because it's happening all of the time.
11:52And that's the other thing.
11:53I feel like everybody is psychically inclined in some way, some of us more than others,
11:59but it's all how much you work on it.
12:02When I first sat down and I started recording, it's almost like, you know,
12:06energy knew that I was about to, and my ears started to ring,
12:09and I got dizzy, and something was clear.
12:11And the truth is, energy is always moving around us,
12:13so it is coming in and out all of the time.
12:16When you do start seeing and hearing things, you're like,
12:19am I crazy?
12:21Am I making this up?
12:22Because there's a huge part of me sometimes when things are so clear,
12:24I feel like I just made a storyline up in my head.
12:27But then it gets completely validated, and it's terrifying.
12:30There's a woman who went missing in London, Ontario,
12:34years and years and years ago,
12:35and I have had for probably seven years the same dream about where she is,
12:40and I am afraid to write the police department and say,
12:43hey, I think this is where she is,
12:44because it's opening up doors of them showing up at your house and saying,
12:47hey, how'd you know this?
12:49But at the same time, I guess it could bring a lot of peace.
12:51I'll get on that.
12:52Before the comments, I'm gonna get on it, okay?
12:54I hadn't thought about that.
12:54I think the other thing when it comes to psychics and clairvoyance
12:58and all these different genres of psychics
13:02is that there's a lot, and it's easy to manipulate people into believing you,
13:06which I have found out so much.
13:08For example, look at what happened with Sam and Colby at The Conjuring House.
13:13I remember watching that episode,
13:14and being someone who did The Haunted Estate for years,
13:17I knew the methods they were using,
13:19and it, like, really broke my heart to see Sam go through these revelations,
13:24and I was hoping, you know, in a weird way they were real,
13:27but I've done too much research on the Fox sisters.
13:31I was kind of thinking about writing a weird book about them, anyways.
13:34But I'd learned so much about practices and how people made things happen,
13:40and people will do anything for a dollar.
13:43People will do anything, you know, out of the kindness of their heart.
13:47I think a lot of people work in the mediumship circles
13:49to bring people peace, regardless if it's real or not.
13:52There is a beauty behind that, bringing someone peace.
13:55But again, like I said, I think everyone is psychic to a point.
13:58But have I gone to a psychic convention with five different psychics,
14:02and only one of them got something a tiny bit?
14:05Yeah.
14:05What blows my mind is some of them that say things that are so dead spot on,
14:10but they're not your story at all.
14:12They're like, you will do this, this, this, and this.
14:14Where I feel like it is so much more of a spectrum of things,
14:17because the decisions you make in your everyday life
14:20are going to affect how things play out.
14:23So asking for a future reading, that's all in your hands.
14:27I want to do so much more ghost stuff.
14:29And I like doing the stuff here, and I love ghost hunting.
14:32And I want to ghost hunt so much more,
14:34because I do like connecting with spirits,
14:37especially now that I have learned how to protect myself
14:41and the people around me, which is amazing.
14:45I'm a really nice and soft person,
14:48but I do have a really hard time with people who treat people so terribly
14:53when it comes to their gifts,
14:54because it's already such a scary thing to put out there.
14:57And it's just terrible.
14:59Like, I had this friend on TikTok, and I thought she was great,
15:02and she wasn't doing any me-to-me stuff at all on TikTok.
15:07And I started doing these oracle card readings,
15:10and I was using the donations to help with a charity in my hometown.
15:15And out of nowhere, while doing that, she had blocked me.
15:18And I had heard from a friend that, like, she just was like,
15:20no, no, none of this is real, blah, blah, blah.
15:22And then she started her whole identity now as mediumship
15:24and going on ghost hunts and stuff like that, which is incredible.
15:28But, like, it hurt my heart so much.
15:29Because, like, out of nowhere, a couple months ago,
15:31she just unblocks me and tries to add me on everything.
15:33And it was like, no.
15:35Like, don't just follow me back.
15:36Like, explain to me why you did what you did.
15:40I, that's psychic.
15:41Well, I'm kidding.
15:41I know why.
15:43But not only that, there are people that I have never spoken to,
15:46and they just take shots at me and, you know,
15:49have used parts of my identity to try to, I don't know,
15:52I'm rolling my eyes at you, okay?
15:54I can smell you a mile away, babe.
15:57But, yeah, this person that I'm hinting at right now,
15:59not the TikTok one, the second one here,
16:01so many people have problems with.
16:02And, you know, eventually someone's going to have balls enough
16:04to speak their name and talk about what they've done.
16:08For me, it's all been not straight to my face,
16:11but so, so evident.
16:13But when somebody else speaks on them,
16:14maybe I'll speak on them.
16:15But I just, I have a really hard time,
16:17and I've talked about this before,
16:18especially when it comes to other creators,
16:20that people love.
16:22And you're like, but I know they're horrible.
16:24I know they are, but I won't be the one.
16:27I won't be the one.
16:28What I just can't believe is that 2024 is over,
16:31and 2025 is here.
16:33And I've been sitting down and taking a lot of time
16:35thinking about what I want for my future
16:37when it comes to the paranormal.
16:39Because I did put it out to you guys,
16:41and you guys had told me, we want more ghost stuff.
16:44And I think I'm ready.
16:46I've done so much focusing on myself,
16:48and so much learning how to protect myself
16:50in these situations,
16:51that I just feel ready to take this whole spooky world
16:55by the ghost lights.
16:57I have a lot of fun videos planned.
16:58I'm actually doing a haunted doll tea party.
17:01See, that's my vibe, okay?

17:04I want to stay in a abandoned village by myself.
17:08I want to stay in some hotels with friends.
17:10I want to do stuff with Chris.
17:12But I do want to make this shift back
17:14to making the channel more spooky,
17:17a balance between personal life, spooky,
17:19and then the videos that you guys live,
17:21like mystery boxes and stuff like that.
17:23But at the end of the day, this is who I am.
17:26And I've run from her for a long time.
17:28And I put her on the back burner for a really long, long time.
17:33And that's been hard.
17:34I hate when I'm in a store,
17:35and I hear something that is so clearly for someone,
17:39and I'm too afraid to approach them.
17:41Ugh, I've been in Coils, which is like this farm store,
17:44and I heard this ringing,
17:45and then it turned into vertigo,
17:47and then I just heard it say,
17:48tell her to get the yellow bike.
17:50This makes no sense.
17:51Tell her to get the yellow bike.
17:52I'm like, no one's around me.
17:53I then walk, and there was a woman in a pop-out.
17:55She comes out, I'm like, oh my gosh.
17:57So then I walk past her,
17:57goes, tell her to get the yellow bike.
17:59I turn around, I said,
18:00this is gonna sound insane,
18:02and I apologize.
18:03And she's like, what?
18:05And I was like, I just heard something.
18:07And she looked at me like my face was on fire.
18:09And I just said,
18:10it was just a voice,
18:11and it said to get the yellow bike.
18:13And this woman just started bawling her eyes out.
18:17Her husband was a very intense bike rider,
18:19and she hadn't taken it up since he passed away.
18:21And that day, she was at a store,
18:23and she was looking at bikes,
18:24and he wanted her to know to get the yellow one.
18:27She didn't buy one,
18:28because she didn't know which was the right one for her.
18:31And that moment was amazing.
18:32But sometimes I'm too intimidated,
18:34and I'm too scared,
18:35and I don't want to be that person.
18:36And I want to say the things,
18:37and see the things.
18:38And more than anything,
18:40when I get to help spirit get where it's going,
18:42because you think about the forgotten people of the world,
18:44what do you think of that spirit that's just stuck?
18:47People don't even think of those.
18:48There isn't some thing.
18:49I want to be like Casper.
18:52What was he?
18:53Psychologist for the dead?
18:53Obviously, I'm not a psychologist,
18:54but we've helped a lot of people cross over.
18:57The Casa Loma with Sam and Colby and Kat,
18:59that was incredible.
19:00A lot of times in my office with the bear,
19:02with different little children ghosts,
19:04we were able to help them find their parents again.
19:07And that is the best gift.
19:10You can't help anyone,
19:11but you can help some people.
