00:39While Belamin Mugabe denied the attempted murder charge, Tobias pleaded guilty to attempted murder
00:46as well as violating immigration and fire-harm laws.
00:50The defense has rejected claims that Tobias is taking responsibility on behalf of Mugabe,
00:56calling such suggestions ludicrous.
00:58Police say the firearm used in the shooting has still not been recovered.
