00:00I saw this woman who looked very familiar. Both looked at each other kind of like this,
00:05I know you, but I don't know you. And I got halfway down the street, halfway down the block,
00:09and something in me said, go back. At this point, she is with two other men who are looking at
00:14me
00:14as well. So she went to get in her car, and I ran across the street to the two gentlemen
00:18that she
00:19was talking to. And I asked them, by any chance is her name, her last name Smith? And they said,
00:24yeah, why? We might be related. And they said, oh, who are you related to? And I said,
00:28Jerome Smith. And they both just gave me this look like, oh, man, because my family is well
00:34known in this city. So they're waving at her to come back. As she approached me, without me even
00:40saying anything, her response was, the last time I saw you, you were in diapers. And that woman was
00:45my dad's sister. And I just burst into tears on the sidewalk, basically found out that my mother
00:52had kidnapped us 30 years prior. My mother would contact my father's family, and she would say,
00:58to them, if you send me money to help me out, because I have four kids, I'll let you see
01:03them. Like, we can work something out.
