00:00Hello I'm Rick Stein and I'm very much enjoying a very sunny Sydney afternoon looking out over
00:07the Pacific Ocean. It's fabulous. One of the delights for me of this doing this series was
00:14reacquainting myself with the sort of hamburgers that were available in the 60s when I first
00:20arrived. Getting this sort of like I don't know four or five ounce pure beef plus bacon plus cheese
00:30plus tomato plus beetroot plus lettuce if you liked it pineapple as well. I guess I didn't make any sort
00:39of
00:40food discoveries but I did find some sort of tremendously good food which I've sort of
00:47marvelled at. The oysters are so good here it's a particularly great time of year for oysters in
00:53Australia Sydney rocks I'm talking about just the row in them is so creamy it's like sort of
00:59salt and cream. The other thing are the prawns it's the prawns that stand out because they are so
01:06special and we just don't get prawns like that back home.
