00:11A good bike needs a good paint job, but how do you make that happen when you're producing
00:16more than 5,000 bikes a day?
00:18Well for metal bikes you can use robots and positively charge the frame whilst negatively
00:23charging the paint to make them attract to each other, just like in the car industry.
00:27With our carbon frame though, things aren't so easy.
00:31Look very closely and you'll notice that this paint is not exactly the same as this paint.
00:36That's because it's been done by hand, and this pattern in the gold section at the back,
00:41that's been done with a traditional Chinese tea brush.
00:44Next step, we're going testing.
