00:14In a statement, the agency said its Suspension and License Revocation Committee decided that MFG Baroka Enterprise had failed to

00:24meet licensing requirements.

00:27Investigations found the company breached Article 30 of the service level requirements, including non-compliance with the Industrial Code of

00:35Practice for Safety, poor vehicle maintenance and inadequate monitoring of drivers.

00:40It also found that the company failed to control driver behaviour, with records showing speeding offences and a disregard for

00:48road safety.

00:49With the revocation, the company is barred from operating or providing services using vehicles under its license.

00:57The agency stressed that all operators must comply with license conditions to avoid similar enforcement action, adding that it remains

01:05committed to ensuring a safe, efficient and competitive public transport system.
