00:00Mr. Mortensen comes over on February 23rd of this year.
00:03Kids are sleeping, she doesn't want it to escalate and turn into an argument,
00:06so she says, fine, I'll talk, but let's do it in your truck.
00:10So they go in and they sit in the front seat of the truck,
00:13and things immediately start to escalate.
00:16He drives away with her in the truck against her objection,
00:21and then something happens.
00:24He says, you know, Taylor went crazy, and she threw a drink, and I don't know.
00:29She assaulted him, essentially, at its core.
00:33Taylor alleges that he grabbed her head and slammed it into the dashboard,
00:38and in the ensuing chaos, also struck with his fist, her knee, and her elbow.
00:44What I think is very important is to look at their conduct in the immediate aftermath.
00:50He finally relents, drops her off at her Draper home, but he sticks around.
00:55My client would testify he's physically looking through the window,
00:59trying to re-engage this conversation.
01:02He's telling her, open the door, I'll watch the kids, let me help, open the door,
01:07and then he just comes right out and says what he's looking for.
01:12This supposed victim of domestic violence is looking for sex, plain and simple.
01:17He asks her, do you want to fuck?
01:19In the immediate aftermath, that's what he's looking for.
01:22That's what he's physically on her doorstep demanding,
01:26as documented by these text messages.
01:28I'll just say thank you very much for tuning in to some of the others.
01:29I'll just say thank you.
