00:42He specifically named TMZ as the outlet, and a few days later, that exact video was released by TMZ.
00:48My point in bringing this up, Your Honor, is that it contradicts how he is attempting to portray himself today
00:55as someone who is really his, you know, he does not want to come after her for custody.

01:14He's not just trying to seek a protective order.
01:17However, he wants to literally destroy her.
01:19He wants to subject her and her family to a new round of torment.
01:23Yes, there are career implications to it.
01:26There is mass embarrassment associated with that.
01:30But ultimately, our big problem with that, my client's big objection to his conduct, was, you know, this additional harm
01:38and embarrassment and shame that he inflicted on my client as well as her children.
01:44This was a step too far, and we think shows his true nature.
