04:22outing at Hershey Park Zoo America in Pennsylvania on Saturday turned into a frightening scene after a
04:2717 month toddler wandered away from his parents and stuck his hand under the fence of a wolf
04:32enclosure. Zoo officials say one of three wolves in the enclosure grabbed the child's hand with its
04:37mouth. Quick thinking bystanders pulled the child to safety. He suffered minor injuries. Police say
04:43the toddler squeezed through a small opening in a perimeter fence and crawled into the restricted
04:47section near the wolf exhibit. I thought they'd shoot his hand off. Investigators allege that the
04:51child's parents were distracted by their cell phones and sat on a nearby bench about 30 feet away from
04:56the wolf enclosure. The parents are now each facing one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
05:02In a statement, Zoo America says our habitats are designed with multiple layers of protection,
05:07adding guests are expected to remain within designated areas and closely supervise children
05:12at all times. Parents are not off the hook when it comes to closely monitoring their children
05:17in spaces of this nature. It's a misdemeanor. They're looking at the potential for up to five
05:23years in prison and a $10,000 fine. No, keep going. Last year, a young boy was caught on video
05:29at the
05:29same park walking on a monorail track 20 feet above the ground. The ride was not in service that day
05:35and luckily the child was uninjured. And Tony, we went inside the park earlier this afternoon. Things

08:48Happened on I-95 from NBC10.
08:50The wild crash happened around 940 last night on the busy interstate.
08:54One woman says she was sitting in her apartment, which sits next to 95, when she heard a loud
08:59boom and then a crash.
09:01It appears one person was thrown from the car, but got up and started walking seconds later.
09:06Take a look at the video, and you'll see how it all played out.
09:09It looks like a typical night on 95.
09:11Traffic is moving along.
09:12And then a car comes out of nowhere, appears to cross three lanes without hitting another
09:18vehicle, and then hits the concrete barrier, flips, and ends up on its roof.

09:24And then you realize one of the people who was inside the car is now sitting on the highway.
09:30After a second, they get up, and that's when you see a bunch of people run up to help everyone
09:35who is still trapped inside.

09:47I'm just glad nobody was kind of, like, speeding at the time that happened and more vehicle involved.

09:58Now, she said she saw three people and that they all appeared to refuse medical treatment.
