00:00We're tracking severe weather. A pair of tornado-worn storms moving through central Illinois right now.
00:05152,000 people under a tornado warning in the Bloomington area.
00:08Just trimmed now to areas near and north of downtown Bloomington,
00:12where the cell is going to pass barely north of town.
00:14We have also a number of other cells, a tornado warning northeast of Marion, Indiana.
00:19Tornado warning into part of western Oklahoma.
00:22But Tony Lawback is giving us a great set of eyes here on the western of the two Illinois tornado
00:28-worn cells.
00:30And is Tony, are we able to talk to Tony, too?
00:33If we, we have this shot, at least.

00:38Tony, what are you experiencing there?
00:40It looks like, obviously, a high precipitation event here, so it's hard to see a whole lot with features.
00:45But what's your take on this?
00:47Do you think we're still seeing a possible tornado out of this one?
00:51Well, it's hard to say, Jeff.
00:53Again, if you're looking at the radar, you would say no, that this is probably a pretty significant straight-light
00:57event.
00:57Clearly, this thing has definitely morphed into a supercell.
01:00Like I said, I'm going to do a pan here from north to south.
01:04You see Ed's elbow there.
01:06Don't worry about that.
01:06But we'll get you up higher in this.
01:08And you kind of follow this along here as we pan along the front end of this.
01:12This was kind of a shelf cloud earlier.
01:14Now we've got a real big rotating base.
01:16So despite it looking like it's outflow dominant at the moment, I would certainly not neglect the tornado threat.
01:22But the hail might be a big issue for us here.
01:24That certainly, and the straight line winds, damaging straight line winds.
01:28All right.
01:29So the gust front I'm highlighting with a dashed line there that's really getting pushed rapidly east.
01:34Screaming wind from west to east behind this.
01:36And again, on the north side of there, we might see a bookend vortex or a tornado form up this
01:41way here near Forest City.
