Ever wondered what Skyrim's civil war could have been? A former developer reveals plans for a dynamic system where attacks on cities were triggered by your choices, fundamentally changing the game's central conflict.

00:37and cart travel, it wasn't meant to be. We were pretty disappointed that didn't ship.
