00:00Now, I will say the reports of Lakeside's demolition have been circulating for several
00:05years now, but I do think we're much closer to the finish line. The city council is set to vote
00:11on May 5th to approve a brownfield plan. And I understand that the Michigan Strategic Fund is
00:20going to be voting, I think May 17th, but sometime in mid-May to approve the funding aspect of it.
00:26And once that funding vote is approved by the Michigan Strategic Fund, then they'll have the
00:33green light to start lining up demolition permits and contractors. So we're optimistic that
00:40the demolition could occur probably in the fourth quarter of 2026, potentially a little sooner,
00:47but that's what we're targeting right now.
