00:07Retail sales, the advance headline number comes in up six tenths of a percent, better than forecast and certainly better
00:13than the negative two tenths that we had in January.
00:18Revised now to negative one tenth.
00:21X autos, it's up half a percent.
00:24And X autos and gas up by four tenths of a percent.
00:29The retail sales control group, the part that economists always look at because it goes into GDP, is up by
00:35half a percent versus a two tenths rise in the month of January.
00:40So overall, a little bit better news than we were expecting from February, a bit of a rebound from January.
00:47But we're still not able to tell a whole lot out of this because basically these are February numbers.
