04:06defects present at birth that affect the heart structure and blood vessels if left untreated these
04:12conditions can cause some serious complications later in life and sometimes lead to death and sadly over
04:18in africa with millions of people being affected by it every day and their hospitals not nearly as
04:23funded or advanced as the rest of the world's children born with it there aren't able to get
04:28the proper health care well at least until mr b's philanthropy organization traveled to nigeria to
04:34partner up with their hospitals and finally make a difference we have a pain in my heart but after the
04:41surgery i'll be better i will go and come back alive an able god is just one of many kids

04:48were about to be saved by mr b's foundation because after meeting with countless children around the
04:52country and presenting them with the opportunities of their lifetimes they all went through hours at
04:57complicated life-saving open-heart surgeries and as soon as their recoveries continue going according to
05:02plan they will finally be able to experience living normal healthy lives i want to thank you before
05:08so much i did for sugar helping them to do what they want and desire in love wow not only

07:13someone cancelled until august of 2017. a hurricane was completely ravaging through texas leaving homes
07:20completely underwater and thousands of people in danger and when jake yeah jake paul's back again
07:26when jake heard about the tragedy he immediately tweeted asking fans to dm him their addresses if
07:31they were stuck in their homes drove his team all the way down to houston texas and then got word

07:41away through all this water now after locating the family jake's team hopped on jet skis rode through the

08:41an old man who was stuck in his completely flooded home to reuniting a lost dog with its owner there

08:52people in need and even found another entire family desperate for rescue does anybody need help

09:10would get jake praised but instead he got nothing but hate from all the twitter saying things like
09:15people lost their lives and jake's just seeing views and money to keemstar saying that he didn't
09:20believe jake would try to help anyone if there were no cameras recording him there were even videos
09:25going viral saying that jake was just using the tragedy for his own personal gain and some of jake's
09:30own fans were commenting on his own videos criticizing his motives too but honestly regardless of his
09:36intentions the man did help save lives at the end of the day and he helped save ben askrin earlier

09:41you gotta give him props for doing it all regardless but listen sometimes youtubers are not just saving human
09:48lives because in number five some saved animals the stokes twins are huge animal lovers so when they
09:55heard that animal shelters all around america were so overloaded with abandoned animals that nearly
10:00every 90 seconds a dog or cat has to be put down it was time for them to come to
10:06the rescue we just
10:07adopted 100 pets and today we're opening a free pet store and after saving all those animals they then
10:15transformed their house into an animal sanctuary with slides a bunch of gourmet pet food and of
10:21course lots of toys to keep them happy while the twins went out looking for their dream homes
10:28and all thanks to the twins love and care in a short period of time 98 of those adorable animals
10:34were adopted into loving families and were able to enjoy the rest of their lives happily ever after
10:39so with just two animals left so not only did we adopt the remaining pets for ourselves but we also
10:45donated one hundred thousand dollars to help save pets in need because remember pets may just be in a
10:50small part of our lives but to them you're their whole life wow man all a hundred of those animals
10:55were saved how beautiful shout out to the stokes twins man but at number four thousands of feet up in
11:01the sky a doctor turned youtuber joined the mile high club i'm just kidding all right he actually saved
11:07someone's life up there 14 million subscriber youtuber dr mike was just chilling in the middle
11:12of a flight all of a sudden we're about two hours into the flight we're over the atlantic ocean and
11:18the flight attendants make that announcement is there a medical professional on board 35 000
11:23feet above the ocean with absolutely no landing strip in sight a passenger on dr mike's flight came
11:29down with a dangerous allergic reaction he's a young guy uh and he tells me that he's starting to
11:34have some swelling in his hands and when i look at it i see hives are present but even though
11:39hives
11:40were only present on the patient's hands dr mike knew that it could easily spread to his throat which
11:45would cause it to swell up and even stop him from breathing i right away started thinking worst case
11:50scenarios what's gonna happen if his throat starts swelling and we're over the atlantic ocean well we
11:54can't land uh so i would have to administer epinephrine so if things were to get even worse
11:59he feared he might have to do something even more drastic if the epinephrine or the epi pen does not
12:05work the next step would be to schedule a landing and if the swelling continues to get worse i would
12:11be forced to make an incision in this young man's throat sure enough just minutes later the flight
12:18attendant comes and gets me and says okay he's starting to have oral symptoms and that's when i kick
12:22into my medical mode like full-on medical mode i rush over i look at his throat it is definitely
12:28swelling i can see it swelling when i break open the kit that was found on delta's plane i was
12:35shocked
12:35because on the outside of the kit it said epinephrine there were no epi pens now with no epi pen
12:40available
12:41and a patient who could lose breathing at any moment dr mike had to improvise now what was in delta's
12:47kit
12:47was an epinephrine injection kit for cardiac arrest this is much higher dose and the needle is an inch
12:55and a half long and i knew this was going to be painful i told the patient what we're going
12:59to do
12:59i guess the passenger told the flight attendant and i injected it because his throat was really
13:03starting to swell he started screaming so right away i explained to him what was going on i had him
13:08take
13:08a few steps to walk around got some ice on his leg uh just to make the pain a little
13:13bit less his vitals
13:14were great he was resting his throat wasn't swelling his pain and his leg was even resolving so we're
13:19able to land the plane and he survived this transatlantic flight so after finally landing safely and
13:26getting everything under control the patient was immediately brought to a hospital and after getting
13:32cleared of all health risks he eventually got to meet his own hero uh he was already discharged but
13:37he came to visit we're able to say hi get a good laugh i was able to see that he's
13:42perfectly fine
13:43his leg is not bothering him too much he's touring all around israel doing hikes no problem now he's
13:49carrying an epi pen around to not repeat this experience wow man i definitely know what doctor
13:55i'm gonna go to from now on either dr mike or dr speed because in number three he saved one
