This heavy and hearty dinner recipe gets a ten out of ten from Nicole. In this video, she shows you how to make creamy tuscan chicken with orzo pasta, sun dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach! Similar in presentation to a casserole, this one-pan comfort meal provides plentiful portions that will satisfy the whole family.

00:00Creamy Tuscan chicken with orzo.
00:03That means it's the perfect score.
00:04Get a large deep skillet, hot.
00:06I'm using the boneless, skinless chicken breast.
00:08And then once they're in, you can season it.
00:10A little salt and pepper, a little Italian seasoning,
00:12and a little garlic powder.
00:14When the chicken's about halfway cooked,
00:15we're gonna go in with a mixture of chicken broth
00:17and heavy cream.
00:19And then we're gonna bring this up to a simmer.
00:20The chicken will finish cooking,
00:22and the sauce will get thick and creamy.
00:23A few ingredients to finish it off.
00:25Got some sun-dried tomatoes.
00:27And then because I like something green
00:30to consider it a full meal,
00:31I'm going in with baby spinach.
00:33And then also a big handful of Parmesan cheese.
00:36And then instead of serving this over pasta,
00:39I'm gonna stir the cooked orzo directly into this.
00:42Stirring the orzo in is gonna give it
00:44kind of that casserole effect,
00:46and I just love the casserole.
