00:05And now we bring you breaking news from the state of West Bengal.
00:09It seems Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is upping the ante against BJP.
00:14Well, she is making a huge accusation.
00:17She has written a letter to the Chief Election Commissioner
00:20and leveled very, very serious charges.
00:23She is saying that Form 6, which is used for induction of new voters,
00:28is being misused.
00:29She has said that the BJP is bringing in outsiders as fake voters
00:35into the electoral rolls of West Bengal.
00:38She has accused the BJP of manipulating the poll forms,
00:43which is Form 6, to fraud voters.
00:46This is the form that is used for enrolling new voters.
00:50Now, BJP, according to Mamata Banerjee,
00:53is using this to bring in outsiders into the poll.
00:57In fact, this is not just it.
00:59She has accused the BJP of following the same pattern in the states of Bihar,
01:04Maharashtra and Delhi earlier.
01:07And now she is saying that the same attempt is being made in West Bengal as well.

01:17Indrajit, this is a huge accusation that Mamata Banerjee is making against the BJP.
01:22And in fact, if you read the letter, the text,
01:25it seems she is levelling the charge at the election commission also.

01:34Well, absolutely.
01:36You know, this is a big charge,
01:37a sensational charge that has been levelled by the Tribunal Congress.
01:41You know, all through last night, yesterday in the evening,
01:44Abhishek Banerjee, the Tribunal 7 in Kamal,
01:47you know, went to the Chief Electoral Officer's Office here in Calcutta.
01:50That's where he levelled the allegations,
01:52because the Tribunal Congress has also come out with footage,
01:55which they claim is from inside the CEO's office,
01:58where he claims that there was part form 6 that was submitted by BJP
02:03for addition of means to the Bengal's electoral vote.
02:07Now, taking that forward,
02:09Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has shot up a letter
02:11to the Chief Electoral Commission,
02:13making the same accusations
02:15and seeking the intervention of the election commission.
02:18Now, this has become a huge, you know,
02:20political talking point in West Bengal right now,
02:23with the Tribunal Congress now claiming
02:25that while the SIR process is on,
02:27they're claiming that at the behest of the BJP,
02:31there is an intervention from the BJP,
02:33the leader is forcing the Chief Electoral Officer
02:37here in West Bengal to add names of voters
02:41who are not from West Bengal.
02:43The Tribunal Congress is letting that there are voters
02:45whose names are on the list.
02:48The voters list of Dihar and Uttar Pradesh.
02:51Dihar is working through form 6
02:54so that their names can also be registered
02:56as voters in West Bengal
02:58in order to manipulate some of the chiefs
03:01and his sacrifice certainty in North 24th.
03:04So, this is a very serious and grave allegation.
03:07Now, the Tribunal Congress has leveled.
03:09We are yet to hear from the Chief Electoral Officer's Office.
03:13The CEO of West Bengal, Manoj Agarwal,
03:16we did try to speak to him this morning.
03:18He refused to speak.
03:19But he has said that he is going to come out
03:21with a clarification sometime later in the day
03:24to see this allegation being leveled by the Tribunal
03:26against the Election Commission on this point.
