01:28this could be really our first six-figure house of this truck yeah so here we are
01:37if i don't laugh i'm gonna cry my name is marnie kopatek i am 53 years old and in 2020
01:43my dad
01:44passed away and left us his house he got some cool stuff i'll tell you that he's got some cool
01:50stuff
01:50but why dad spent every penny he had on toys these are all vintage pot wheels he had the best
01:58vintage
01:58toy collection of anybody you would ever meet he refinanced twice to buy more toys and go to these
02:05toy shows if you have one of these toys you've got a pretty good collection let alone a hundred or
02:11a thousand of them there are about 75 watches in here he also collected guns but he hid them
02:18everywhere in his bathroom alone there were six there are probably more the watch is more than those asap
02:27so i can get you to look at them okay this was his baby this car is totally restored it
02:32is beautiful
02:32it's cherry red runs like a dream back here we think are full of more of the vintage baseball stuff
02:39every time i walk into dad's house i am so overwhelmed it's daunting and you don't know

03:02big ticket
03:02items we're looking for are a 1960s convertible vintage toy cars and a mickey mantle signed baseball
03:10this is nice this is very nice let's chat with marnie and her brother aaron hello hello hello hello
03:17hello thank you guys for coming oh we're excited to be here marnie marnie great to meet you good to
03:22meet
03:22you guys so much we're happy to be here we're actually excited to be here it's rare that we get
03:26this excited it looks like an amazing collection for us to do this on our own it just would take
03:32us
03:33five years or something so i'm very hopeful that we can make it work and that you guys like the
03:37stuff
03:38you know what let's just get in and see it i think that's the best thing we could do the
03:41two of
03:41you guys go out around the backyard and the garage and just kind of see what we have layout wise
03:45and i need you to just go through the whole basement is that cool yeah all right i'll meet up
03:48with
03:48you guys afterwards we're going to take a tour upstairs yeah all right let's do it let's go
03:58this is spectacular yeah so this is just a very small portion
04:03we're in a toy store it just happens to be the living room of your dad's house
04:08this is original perfect condition i know kind of blown away here like he obviously picked a lot
04:14he went to stores a lot so he knew how to get the first pick oh yeah give the stock
04:19boy a tip he
04:20tells you what day they're putting on the hot wheels so that was my dad though as a kid i
04:25wanted
04:26to spend every weekend with him at the toy shows that was the most special thing in my life oh
04:31my god
04:32the video did not do this justice i'm looking all throughout the room and i'm seeing all the original
04:37boxes yeah i mean does this does this logo mean anything other than a really horrible football
04:44team in pennsylvania it's steel that's pennsylvania steel so this is incredible forged with care
04:51cherished everywhere nylon steel toys born from the industrial revolution and america's steel boom
04:58these mini machines roared into homes in the 1920s but when world war ii hit in 1942
05:04steel was rationed and toy makers pivoted to wood and plastic a detour that only made the surviving
05:10all steel originals more valuable in 2025 a 1920s buddy l insurance patrol fire truck sold for 66
05:19000 what's the actual goal with this property when we're done we want to keep it and be able
05:24to rent it out and we need it in a better state that it is okay so it needs to
05:27be empty yes so you're
05:29done dad loved this house so we want to keep it in the family these are not just toys those
05:34top two
05:35shelves are probably five thousand dollars that's insane i've never seen more than two together their
05:40dad is way beyond a collector i'm seeing vintage steel cars that are in great condition these are
05:47a collector's dream this is the hoarding version of a functioning alcoholic right yeah i mean it's a great
05:52way to play this is yeah this is pretty amazing here we go oh that's great in the grand scheme
05:59of
06:00things we've seen a lot worse yeah we have but it's still a lot we got stuff in the cells
06:05oh pedal car
06:06back here a bunch of bikes i'm seeing hundreds of dollars just right here the animal traps so maybe
06:13there's rats or something getting in here yeah you can smell you can smell you can smell the cat yeah
06:17you
06:18can smell the animal that was in here and then a whole pile of mystery i mean i'm 5'9
06:24and this
06:25hoard taller than me caleb would get lost down here this is a lot of stuff that cast cars hot
06:35wheels
06:35box after box i can't wait to take this cover off for her man all right you ready oh i'm
06:44ready
06:44see what she looks like holy smokes this is an austin healey sprite nice they call it the bug guy
06:53it's got these headlights on the front they look like bug eyes but you know what over in uh europe
06:59they called it the frog eye i love it man this thing is gorgeous nine times out of ten people
07:05say
07:05they have an amazing car and they don't this austin healey sprite is the exception this car has been
07:11well maintained and cared for for many years the bug-eyed car with the big green that's the austin
07:17healey sprite designed as a sports car for the daily driver bug eyes are sought after for their classic
07:23vintage charm without having to break the bank one pristine 1960 mk recently went for 44 800
07:32proof the auction numbers can look just as shocking as the car the hard part is i don't think i
07:38would fit
07:38in it so here's some of the red lines i can tell you right now that's a 200 car i
07:44know that's something
07:45i know that's something yeah a couple of these i've never even seen before it's got a couple cases of
07:49red lines there's more of these yeah there's a whole nother case oh my god when you're looking at a
07:54hot wheel and you see a thin red line around the wheel those are the ones you want and then
08:00there's
08:00also this whole wall of these nylon trucks these are all incredible but that school bus is the holy
08:08grail wow but i'm seeing gun holsters and stuff do you think we'll find guns in here yeah 100 good
08:15possibility and i just have to say he kept them loaded yeah they always do yeah yeah yeah yeah okay
08:21yeah so shoehorns there's that room talk about fall they're all just getting full at this point
08:27so my hunch is knowing your dad there's probably not going to be a ton of value in that room
08:32to me
08:33it looks right because he 100 effort 75 effort no effort yeah if anyone else walked into the scenario
08:41they would think oh my god i can't believe i left this for my kids right and your dad was
08:46thinking
08:47i left this for my kids how lucky are they you're so right all right let me go meet with
08:53my team find
08:53what they found and then i'll come back to you and we'll make a deal sounds good all right
08:58what's up guys hey matt what's up matt what are we thinking well it's pretty much the best toy
09:05collection i've ever seen in my entire life really yeah i'm i'm blown away awesome i didn't see the
09:10man of baseball but i did see some killer red line hot wheels what's the downstairs like hoarded
09:15to the top old school horde yeah okay anything goat trail yeah anything of value yeah it's a few things
09:22of value still in the box it's a lot of hot wheels and all that okay well i'm excited i
09:27mean the car
09:28this is a 1961 austin healey sprite holy cow awesome car not in perfect condition but you can tell
09:36somebody's put some money into it i know what i think this whole thing is going to cost where do
09:40you think you're at it's minimal trash that's in in the garage i would say between 10 to 15 000.
09:48all right i'm thinking low to mid six figures so 100 to 120. that's if we get the right buyers
09:55well that's on you i know yeah all right let me get them marty aaron come here real quick
10:01now that i've had the chance to meet with my team it's time to make a deal with aaron and
10:04marty and i really don't want to lose out on this opportunity what do you think all right we definitely
10:10want to do it i mean no brainer so our cleanup's probably going to be between like 10 and 15
10:16000.
10:17wow you're going to have a house totally empty in six days so you'll be able to rent this house
10:24next week that being said we definitely think it's a six-figure
10:29hoard we think there's a hundred thousand plus in here we got to come up with a split
10:33um how would you guys feel about 30 70. how about 75 25.
10:44done you got a deal done i love it all right you guys ready to get started yeah all right
10:48we're gonna call everybody and get going we're off to the races and there's a lot to get done in
10:53six
10:53days uh thank you guys for being here we got a lot of work to do we're gonna be going
10:56through
10:57the garage and then all upstairs there are live guns in this house there's a lot of really nice toys
11:02inside so the plan of attack is to put mike and chris inside while kalen and i begin the hunt
11:08in the
11:08garage although it's really messy we saw some sporting good equipment in there and we think
11:13we might find the signed baseball it's my kind of garage let's start a very large dinosaur pile if we
11:18can oh yeah here we go right here car parts go over there this garage looks like it's 300 square
11:23feet it's probably 3 000 square feet of stuff i hope it's worth something because it's going to take an
11:27entire day i really need this garage to pay off uh that will go to sell it's a sweet old
11:34pogo stick
11:35man anybody ever seen an old guy break his leg before ah nope
11:43one of the things we see a lot is people holding on to old happy meal toys by and large
11:49these are
11:50not worth holding on to a lot of hot wheels and remote control cars all right so this is a
12:00really cool
12:01toy this is a northwest airlines japanese airplane lights up and what's really cool the door opens up
12:09and you see the passengers easily 150 to 250 dollars i love it what is this
12:22gold rings hey mike what you got chris any guns nope but i found this dude awesome find thank you
12:33hey 14 carat hoarders will use anything to stash items trash bags envelopes even prescription bottles
12:40they're like jewelry cases for hoarders that's cool man there's probably a few hundred dollars worth of gold
12:50here's a good broom be careful where y'all work oh yes old roller skates dude big bobby car this
12:58is a
12:59bummer this is vintage it would have sold for probably 10 20 bucks that sucks but it's covered
13:03in cat piss and you can't get it out of plastic yeah so that's trash i mean unfortunately for us
13:08this
13:09garage definitely had a cat problem cats pee on everything they poop on everything man it's ripe over
13:14here dude it immediately lets me think i'm gonna get half the value hey this is true ah there we
13:20go
13:21uh-oh you always find it i mean this is the cat's house right yep now whoo
13:29these are good pez dispensers that would be a value but because they've been peed on
13:36we can't keep them this is crazy holy that's that's a lot of cat that is a lot of poop
13:44dude
13:46this is absolutely disgusting and then i got a hundred dollar bike right next to it you know in
13:53hoarding i call this a negative space if i add up the labor and the trash cost i actually made
13:58less
13:59than i spent to clean out this space i can't afford to have that anywhere else in this house
14:03this guys watch out this is pretty nasty
14:18the garage has been picked through and cleared out and now it's time to focus on the inside of the
14:25house mike's going to focus on the living room while chris digs through the kitchen i can go
14:33what is this bingo watches this is what i'm talking about a few gold a few silver
14:46he got up-to-date watches vintage watches oh snap oh yeah we definitely can see these more money
14:57oh yeah look what i found money money look this is going to be i think where we find some
15:13of his
15:13best stuff marnie and aaron's dad's pride and joy was his collection of pressed steel toys we've already
15:19found a ton in the bedroom but his most prized possessions were displayed in the living room
15:24some of which i've never seen in person before you see that box on the shelf there is there a
15:31car in
15:31there oh wah wah dude nothing to worry about this box alone is probably a 40 to 80 dollar box
15:43and to
15:43find one with clean graphics and it's not crushed or otherwise torn is really hard this is a fire rescue
15:50squad van is made by a company called nyland nyland vehicles are really sought after they're usually
15:57very realistic and very true to the actual vehicles like it's seemingly in near mint condition they made
16:04a bunch of different versions like just looking around the room i see the true value up on the shelf
16:10there we have the holiday and sign that goes with the van normally you just find one or the other
16:15but
16:15we've also got some other manufacturers this station wagon is actually a buddy l there's a camp trailer
16:22that's supposed to be with it um oh here it is i would not be shocked if this room alone
16:30could be a
16:3120 to 40 000 room there's no doubt this collection will garner high demand but we need buyers to come
16:37through with deep pockets who are willing to pay full price use clothes day two we dug through the
16:50garage but there was nothing of value so now we're going to focus on the inside of the house but
16:55we need
16:55to find our target items asap so what you got we got a bunch of watches holy moly it's not
17:04every day
17:04that you get to work with the legend less gold so i'm excited to see him i am not excited
17:10to negotiate
17:11man he's got a hell of a collection i mean witten hour stainless steel i mean you have the real
17:16brands
17:17here lord elgin gruen precision this is an elgin this should bring 250 dollars they all have value
17:24should go anywhere between 100 and 500 depending on the brand a piece each wow les is telling us
17:31exactly what we need to hear man when you got 100 watches that adds up very quickly you see that
17:37the
17:37movement is here yeah so you see those jewels in there do you know what they're for it makes it
17:41run
17:42smoother so you don't have to oil it so they put these jewels in and the pieces move around it
17:47much
17:47more easily let's try to make a deal that works for both of us okay so my high would be
17:52eight
17:52okay what's your love five grand would you go to six
18:0358. done i'll take it thank you sir less drives a hard bargain are these watches worth 200 bucks a
18:10piece probably but how much time is it going to take me to get those we need cash now for
18:16this family
18:16les is giving me 58 bucks a watch right now he's going to walk out of here with them
18:20that is a good use of our time it gets immediate cash for the family but after you no after
18:25you
18:25okay thank you man in your box
18:29we've got this muncie mighty might neptune this is a motor that was produced up until the 60s
18:37i'm asking 700. i was thinking more around 400. 500 bucks i'll meet you in the middle there you go
18:44sir
18:44thank you so much it is a beaut man definitely small yeah it's not the easiest thing for me to
18:52get in that's for sure no i don't think it's super practical no aaron's dad left this amazing austin
18:59healy and it looks like it's in really good condition but the only way to truly know is for
19:04me and aaron to take it on a test drive and who wouldn't want to take this car on the
19:08road
19:09let's go go go go go now there's that boy driving i love it i love it this is an
19:23awesome car dude it
19:25reminds me of like james bond yeah bug eye was one of dad's big final purchases one hell of a
19:31car
19:32when i got to drive that car for one last time i felt like i was on top of the
19:37world what'd you
19:38think dude i love it it's awesome but i also understand why you need to sell it yeah it's not
19:45practical i have three kids they're not fitting in the back seat because there is there is no big
19:49so this test drive could not have gone better this austin healy is running great and that's a huge
19:56relief now we can put it on the market for top dollar now i just got to find someone
20:01that wants to buy it and drive it off the lot today all right let me see what we can
20:05do man
20:05yes sir i'll get her sold this is awesome yeah dude for the collection basically i'm at uh i'm at
20:14350.
20:15350. it's fair offer thank you so much thank you i appreciate it we haven't found the mickey
20:21manil autograph ball yet so chris and i are going to go to the living room because that's where he
20:25kept
20:25his most prized possessions i think he basically lived right here make sure to check everywhere and
20:30everything this was his cockpit so i'm a little nervous about what we'll find so let's get some
20:36of this off you got a lot of remote controls all right put that in the kitchen for me
20:47there's a rear view mirror for a car as you do
20:53whoa here we go holy cow dude look at this
21:05we found dad's gun collection and it's legit i've seen some glocks some rugers
21:10and a couple rare guns that i've never seen before jesus christ one two three four five six seven eight
21:17guns that's an amt backup typically hidden in handcuffed pouches for law enforcement these are
21:24local guns locally made they're highly collectible they're not worth millions uh but holy cow you know
21:32this isn't it guarantee you there are more guns yeah i won't put it past them check under the couch
21:41man i found some more oh yep i'll let you handle those one marty and aaron told me their dad
21:48had guns
21:48stashed away somewhere and they were not joking we just found a ton in the living room and they're
21:54really going to help out on our sales goal there's a colt oh that's nice there's another one smith and
22:01wesson i don't know what he was preparing for but he was ready the only body stealing his toys
22:05these have a lot of value specifically this one this is that little brownie these are pocket pistols
22:11and they were slipped into waistcoats and boots for centuries make sure everybody knows there are
22:17guns in the house we're going to assume that they're live all right great job dude this is awesome holy
22:22cow although we lost a lot of value in the garage today chris kaolin and i are going to start
22:31in the
22:32basement and hopefully find that mickey mantle baseball i can see progress barely
22:40sorry this is one of the densest hordes i've ever seen these are all plastic still sealed
22:45no damage no damage that is excellent hold up
22:54bingo this what i'm talking about silver coins pure money look at this dude hey mike yo matt
23:06what is that what is that this is a spark gun if i had to guess without doing any research
23:12i'd say
23:12this is probably at least a 20 or 30 dollar zapper
23:23all right i hear you hey matt pick through it you know i know you're looking for some uh super
23:28valuable treasures i went through this but being that it's a lot of tv marketing stuff
23:34i would want to pay about 28.50 the real value is uh 3300 to 3700 dollars so of course
23:42we're going to buy
23:42it and then we're going to piece it out and make a profit what's the chance of getting it around
23:47three i mean i think if that makes the deal work i would definitely give you three thousand let's do
23:52it okay that makes sense all right thank you dude i appreciate it man yeah thank you
24:01all right robert take a moment look around i found a local toy collector who's interested in the most
24:07valuable pressed steel toys at a minimum these toys are worth forty thousand dollars if we don't
24:13hit that mark we're going to fall well below our goal of a hundred thousand dollars in profit
24:18this is uh buddy l buddy l this is nylon tonka it's nice stuff i like it it's nice to
24:27have a van
24:28this clean but it is an mimb mint mint box you see like here with the paint over here see
24:36it how
24:37it's thin the worth of that decreased i know tons of collectors and dealers and the first time you
24:44meet them they're going to test you to see if you know your stuff they'll throw out a low offer
24:48or try
24:49and railroad you on a deal and that's just part of the game what i would like from you is
24:55your best
24:56offer for the collection okay let's let's see where we're at
25:01for the press deal like about 65
25:08in cash and i'll take it all right now um
25:15i really appreciate the offer robert um i think we're in different zip codes
25:22like this is a collection that never comes up fifty dollars or less per car yeah i just can't let
25:29them go for that well what what kind of money are you people at yeah i mean i wouldn't be
25:35anywhere
25:36less than forty thousand dollars oh that's too bad we're still early in the selling process so it would
25:46be a disservice to this collection to not entertain better or more worthy offers thank you so much for
25:52coming out i'll let you know either way how it goes how about that yeah all right i got a
26:01little
26:01surprise for you and i think you're gonna like it oh damn today i'm taking marnie to a local gun
26:07range
26:08for a couple reasons one shooting guns with her dad is something she used to love to do two i
26:13need to
26:13speak with an expert so i can find out what these guns are worth so i can sell them accordingly
26:22here we are that's so awesome
26:31good to see you man thanks for having us absolutely yeah must be marnie yeah wonderful to meet you
26:36marnie these really are really nice pieces this right here is the colt model 1908 it was a gentleman's
26:43pistol meant to be carried in the vest pocket this is the one that was made right here in michigan
26:48made in the late 70s uh through the 80s people loved these little pocket guns marnie and aaron told
26:56me that their dad was a smaller guy in stature and they loved these tiny guns because they fit perfectly
27:00in his hands this one was known as the chief special it was really popular with law enforcement
27:06officers who had a desk job it's a slimmer profile so it didn't interfere with the arm rest on an
27:12office
27:12chair that's cool i'm impressed these guns are in really good condition and if they shoot well i'm
27:18hoping to get between 10 and 15 000 we'll maybe start with if there's one of these that you can
27:25remember
27:25having fired before let's do this one lovely he loved the pocket pistols keep your thumbs facing
27:31forward don't forget the safety
27:46holy cow
27:51safety is once again on okay i took marnie to shooting range because i want marnie to shoot
27:56your dad's guns one last time your thumbs facing forward but i also need to see if they work and
28:02how well they work so i can see how much money i can sell them for now you are ready
28:06to fire nice
28:13matt you want to give it a try let's do it
28:17i mean obviously looking at me you think this is a manly dude he must shoot a lot surprising
28:23i don't nice huh that shoots really easy this one is a little bit of a handful wow that does
28:33have a
28:33kick right in the bullseye dude even though these guns were kept under the sofa cushions for years
28:42turns out they shoot flawlessly which is great news hopefully i'm going to be able to get about
28:46ten thousand dollars for this collection if i play my cards right hit the bullseye there
28:57heading into day five it is all about sales especially with our big ticket items
29:01marnie's dad had three types of guns pistols rifles and pocket pistols and i'm going to find
29:08a specific buyer for each one hey thanks for coming down i'm matt nice to meet you man i'm jeff
29:13thank
29:13you hi james nice to meet you as far as selling guns in michigan goes there's strict laws and so
29:19we brought in james the gun expert that's going to actually properly do all the paperwork so the
29:23guns get sold and registered throughout the state properly so what are you looking for these i think
29:28i could come down to five how about 4 500 cash money deal 45 cash awesome i'm gonna let him
29:35take it
29:35over from here this gun collection is so diverse and there's so many types of make model and use which
29:42actually works well for us we're able to cast a really big net on buyers and because of that we
29:47had a lot of demand so i didn't have to sell all the guns to one person i was able
29:51to sell chunks to
29:52multiple buyers well my dad is a collector i know he's a fan of the browning i was hoping eight
29:59thousand is what i was hoping to get for the whole batch could you go six yeah deal dude appreciate
30:04it
30:04thank you man man it's a really nice astra really nice backup really nice cold pocket what are you
30:09thinking i'd love 2500 let's do it we made some good money off the guns but we still haven't sold
30:17any of our target items and i'm really hoping we find that mickey mantle ball
30:25look at this dude this is the hot wheels tape this is a hot wheels assortment it's got 72 in
30:31there
30:32dang 70 of them are regular but one or two are treasures and it's got the factory markings and we
30:38got
30:38six i mean we just struck gold these are hot wheel boxes from the factory sealed the fact that they're
30:45sealed in 20 years old is tremendous value this is a huge find dude this is a good win man
30:52yeah classic cars
30:59what's this
31:03listen
31:11uh-oh hey man you hey come here man tell me this is real man
31:20did you just find the mickey mantle ball that we've been looking for i'm hoping that's real man
31:26i think this is legit hall of famer mickey mantle was the most beloved new york yankee since babe ruth
31:34famously known for being a switch hitter he amassed 536 career home runs making his swing and signature
31:41pure gold and a 1952 tops card with his autograph just sold for nearly eight hundred thousand dollars
31:51do we know what year this was signed check out the paperwork let me see it this is the receipt
31:56i see what he paid it for mickey mantle baseball 1994. unfortunately this ball is just not going to be
32:05worth what we hoped it would be worth the value of an autograph baseball goes down after the player
32:10retires and mantel signed this ball well after his retirement of 1968 so unfortunately we're not
32:16going to make as much money as we thought we would but i still think we'll make a couple hundred
32:20dollars
32:20maybe a thousand so
32:25he got it at service merchandise i wonder how many they must have sold it i mean they had to
32:30have sold a bunch of these for it to be there but still dude so you're just digging through a
32:37box
32:37yep digging through a box the bad news is we're not going to make a lot of money on the
32:41mantel ball
32:42but the good news is we found a lot of value in this basement now we just got to make
32:47every sale count
32:50stack them up on the wall photos
32:54oh here we are yes indeed yeah this is ed's collection we're not looking to have people cherry
33:00pick certain items we're hoping to find a buyer for everything oh great great fly peruse yeah yeah
33:06please look around we've had a lot of potential buyers come in but we haven't gotten the offers
33:11that we want for these pressed steel toys these are the cream of the crop in there very interesting
33:16oh everything looks good and it's it's hard to take it in all at once and conject a price but
33:22um
33:22um i'd be interested at like um at 75 7 500. i wouldn't go anywhere less than 40 000. we
33:31do have
33:32a couple other people coming to look at the collection we are taking offers and then we'll
33:37circle back to you yet again another offer well below what this collection is worth at this point
33:43we need to start rethinking our approach so that we can sell this collection for top dollar because
33:48these offers are not it it's our final day and it's coming down to the wire we've got to make
33:55every sale count every item needs to sell so i called you on this dude i knew you might like
34:02it
34:02oh yeah that's mickey you had some sealed cases i was interested in those as well we're still lagging
34:09behind in sales so i've got to sell every item we found in this room for top dollar and if
34:14we don't
34:14i don't even know if we're going to break even we've got six cases there's two that are open we
34:19also have a case of rare red lines that could be sold as a whole i would really really love
34:26to buy
34:26those i mean that is that is a beautiful collection dude it really is what would you get for everything
34:31i was hoping to do about 25 000. i'd literally have to sit here and comp every single car to
34:37feel
34:37comfortable spending that much could you do 20 000. okay sounds good you got a deal dude i'll take it
34:44love it the sales are starting to come and this is what we needed so if you look in a
34:48box with hot
34:49wheels and you see a multi-car pack so pull those all out looking to buy all three of these
34:54all three
34:54i love it could you do 1200 about a thousand yeah i'll do a thousand thank you dude i love
35:01it you go
35:02get the truck i'll start rolling these down all right look at this
35:08i'm guessing you're here for the healy we are we heard there was one for sale when a guy drives
35:13up in an
35:13austin healy to buy an austin healy you know you're in the right place we're now over halfway to our
35:20goal of a hundred thousand dollars in sales mike is still trying to figure out how to sell the press
35:25steel toy collection so this austin healy sale is more important than ever the pressure is real here
35:3161. so last year they made him the bug guy and the family is really they just want it to
35:39go somewhere
35:39that's going to appreciate it feel free to go into it yeah i'd love to sit inside of it
35:46there's a way that you get into this car you don't get in you put it on
35:53oh that's nice
35:58yeah oh yeah this is very nice it's a really good care of it you can tell you want to
36:03look under the
36:04hood carol yeah let's see what she's got very nice got an alternator which is better than the
36:10generator and i haven't seen a bit of rust anywhere i've looked they were originally looking around 24.
36:17i don't know that's on the high end what would you offer on something like this what do you think
36:24what do you think it's worth joe
36:35the family wants around 24. what do you think i don't know in order to reach our goal of a
36:42hundred
36:42thousand dollars in profit the sale of this austin healy is vital you think they'd go 17.5 on that
36:50like is that a real offer yeah if y'all are really at 17.5 yeah you got a deal
36:54okay all right we got a
36:56deal okay i love it mama got a new red car man
37:14you said you wanted an empty house oh my gosh like the day he moved in i can't believe this
37:20is the
37:20same house it is not going to take a lot of work to get this place right ready this is
37:26wild let's go
37:28check out uh the bedrooms wow okay the three of us couldn't stand in this room no that was almost
37:36to
37:37the ceiling oh my gosh you could not pass here this is incredible it feels like a fresh start it
37:47feels
37:47like that we can breathe obviously a lot of the stuff's gone and dad cares so much about it it
37:52feels
37:53like a piece of him's gone with it but you know what now we don't have the next five years
37:57of work
37:58oh my god what it's so big down here you have the space for a four-bedroom house which changes
38:07your
38:07rental significantly wow i've never even seen it look like this i don't even know what to say this is
38:14nuts
38:15let's go to the one area that was really really challenging
38:22oh my god
38:26i don't even know if i've ever been in this back corner yeah well a cat had i can tell
38:30you that's
38:31where the cat was living oh wow i don't know how you did it let's talk about it come outside
38:36we'll
38:36talk let's get out of the smell all right so i said your dad was the best hoarder ever let's
38:42see if
38:42the numbers actually added up yeah we sold a ton of stuff we sold watches so many nice red lines
38:50an autograph for mickey mantle baseball we sold guns we sold a lot of stuff in the yard almost
38:57thirty thousand dollars and we sold the austin healy and then we had so many nice pressed steel toys
39:03that we had offers around eight we had offers at 12 and just quite honestly it wasn't enough all of
39:10those are going to auction right now sweet we estimate that that it'll be between 40 and 50 000
39:16dollars wow so if you add all of that together it was just under 135 000 in sales this week
39:2725 000 costs that left us 110 000 to split i'm gonna need you both to help me with this
39:35in cash here you go 27 500 to me that's 82 500 to you guys that actually makes your dad
39:45the best
39:46hoarder ever dude that's thanks dad he had a plan he had a plan when i used to walk into
39:54the house i would
39:55be immediately filled with anxiety and fear like how am i gonna do this and it was so heavy so
