00:03:19Now they've grown up and moved out, these empty nesters have been able to indulge their love of travel.

00:03:33However, life hasn't always been so full of luxury.
00:03:37My dad was a policeman, my mum was a dinner lady.

00:05:54It's home to 42-year-old care worker Becky, her two adult children and partner Damien, 43, a parcel courier.

00:06:07Becky's son Ty will be joining them on the swap.
00:06:10He's always been there for me no matter what.
00:06:13She knew Damien, or Damo, as his friends call him, from school days.

00:06:22And then we've been together ever since for eight years.
00:06:25Home's a housing association semi-detached in urgent need of some TLC.

00:06:34I hate this carpet, because as soon as you walk through the front door, it's there in front of you,
00:06:39so all your guests can see.

00:06:46Upstairs is pretty cramped.
