00:00What happened?
00:01Brook is frustrated with official Evan Scott.
00:05Didn't say much of what Evan Scott appreciated,
00:09so he's left him with a technical foul,
00:11but in Brook's mind, no harm to that.
00:15GT2 missed the free throw attempt.
00:18You know, how tough is that?
00:20It's tough, not majorly tough on the scale,
00:24but to come out at halftime before you take a shot
00:27if you're Gary Trent Jr.,
00:28with no one on the free throw line.
00:30I always hated doing that.
00:34Of course, I just learned the other day
00:36that you were, what, a 72% free throw?
00:39Maybe a little higher, maybe 73%, 74%.
00:42I did tell you I did not like being at the free throw line
00:45in clutch situations, but looking back on it,
00:48I normally came through, you know, more times than not
00:51in those situations.
00:52I didn't like it.
00:54I would prefer.
00:56Now, did you get that?
00:57It was your own statement, by the way.
00:58Did you go back and think about it more?
01:00Did you go back and dig into the stats?
01:03You know me.
01:04I'm an obsessive kind of a person,
01:06and so I always dwell on the one time I didn't come through
01:10instead of the 12 other times that I did come through.
01:12I was going to say, because I would feel like
01:14you'd be a good clutch free throw shooter.
01:16And then I thought about it, and Derek Jones knocked down
01:19a deep, deep jumper, but I thought about it.
01:22What I really hated that the game kind of came to
01:24when you shot free throws, your teammates would come over
01:26and give you dap in between free throws.
01:28I hated that.
01:29You know, I'd be locked in, knocked down the first one.
01:30Everybody don't want to give you five.
01:32Get away!
01:33Leave me alone.
01:33Let me focus.
01:35Enough trouble making the first one as it is.
01:37Two seconds on the shot clock.
01:39Pete Nance not there.
01:41If you're just joining us, the Bucs, only eight available players.
01:44Ryan Rollins was a late scratch with a left hip flexor injury.
01:48He suffered it yesterday against San Antonio.
01:52So this is the 32nd different lineup for the Bucs here this year,
01:55and it's the same lineup that's starting the third quarter.
01:58Now this should be a tutorial for Usman Jang.
02:01Right there, the way Kawhi Leonard was able to rip through his hands,
02:05extended playing defense to draw a foul.
02:07He's got to foul away a lot of these tricks of the trade
02:10that Kawhi Leonard is showing him while he's guarding.
02:13Get yourself to the free throw line.
02:15Get your team in a position to get to the free throw line.
02:18We got a reach-in foul.
02:22Watch Us.
02:23Us he's going to just extend that hand defensively right there.
02:26He feels it, and then right there, he just goes right through it,
02:29and that's an automatic foul.
02:30I'm surprised he didn't get free throws on that possession.
02:35It looked like he had started this shooting motion, but...
02:39Usman got whistled for his fourth personal.
02:42Rick Lopez out the free throw line, gets it to drop.
02:45Time for a quick message from Wendy's.
03:04Rick Lopez, you see his numbers for this season.
03:07We've talked about, you know, Brooke Lopez as the three-point shooter.
03:12Interesting, he hasn't attempted a three here today.
03:15He made that jump when he was playing for the Nets.
03:19He keeps blitzing every single ball screen,
03:23something that he was allegedly unable to do his last season with the Milwaukee Bucks
03:27because of age and lack of foot speed.
03:29There's a three-pointer for Pete Nance.
03:31Speaking of threes.
03:33Yeah, yeah, he left his first one.
03:34He gets it at the drop for him.
03:36He missed three pretty open, pretty much wide open threes in that first half.
03:40Much better shooter than that.
03:41There it goes, Jr. to Kawhi Leonard.
03:44Right at the above-the-break mark.
03:47Can't get it.
03:49Now Kawhi is three of six from three now.
03:58Turnover.
04:00The 13th of the day.
04:03Darius Garland from distance.
04:05He rings it up.
04:06So Bucks had 12 for 19 points.
04:08Now that's 13 for 22 points with that three-point shot by Darius Garland.
04:12And you better take care of the basketball against these Clippers.
04:15Bucks call the timeout.
04:26Clippers stretching it out, forcing a Doc Rivers timeout 65-49
04:30with under 10 minutes to go here in the third quarter.
04:32Time now for today's prime fast free delivery.
04:35We highlight one of the Bucks greats in Paul Pressey, 20th overall pick.
04:39A two-time all-defensive first-teamer, 724 career NBA games with three different franchises.
04:45And wouldn't you know it, he's standing by with our Melanie Ricks.
04:48Hey, Lisa Byington, and what are the odds?
04:50We have the man himself right here.
04:51Paul, thank you so much for joining me.
04:53So you were honored earlier today with fellow Bucks legends.
04:56What's it like for you to come back here and be amongst Bucks fans in Milwaukee?
04:59It's always nice.
05:01I mean, you know, when you come to the blue-collar city that loves to see guys put in the
05:05work,
05:05you're always honored to come back because I think Milwaukee has probably got the best fans in the league.
05:10Absolutely diehard.
05:11Like you said, blue-collar fans.
05:12And tomorrow we're going to be celebrating.
05:14It's the six-man soiree here at Fiserv Forum.
05:17Bucks legends, fans alike, they get to come out and hang out with the players, hang out with guys like
05:22you.
05:22What's one of your favorite things about being a part of that and, you know,
05:25knowing that they're giving back with the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation?
05:27Well, that's the key, you know, fundraising.
05:29Anytime you can help raise funds to help the community and help the community grow,
05:34it's a fantastic thing.
05:36I'm just honored to be a part of it.
05:37Well, and, you know, so all throughout this game and our pregame show,
05:41we've had the Johnson family takeover.
05:43I know that you're a fan.
05:44You're a friend of Marcus Johnson.
05:45How cool is that for him to share these broadcast airwaves with his son?
05:49I think it's awesome.
05:50I mean, anytime you get your kids beside you in this kind of arena,
05:54it's one of the best things you can do.
05:55And, of course, Marcus is one of my mentors coming in the league,
05:59helping me manage my way through the league, prepping me for all those things.
06:03So, if you're able to do that with your own kids, it's a beautiful thing.
06:06I'm happy for it.
06:07Absolutely.
06:07Now, if there was one thing that you could do with your kids in this type of space,
06:11what do you think it is that you would do, Paul?
06:13Well, you know, I think I just let my kids let them be themselves.
06:16I would never put pressure on them to try to be where I went through.
06:20I want them to be better and do what their heart desires.
06:22And, you know, I'm fortunate.
06:24My kids are very blessed and doing their own thing.
06:27Thank you so much, Paul.
06:28Thank you for having me.
06:29Of course, anytime, Lisa, Marcus.
06:31Yeah.
06:32This mom of a 15-month-old is taking notes.
06:34Yeah.
06:35About parenting.
06:36Now, Paul, two sons, exceptional collegiate basketball player.
06:39One son plays in the NBA.
06:42One has been coaching for a long time.
06:46Now, Paul Pressey, let's not forget, too, the second in Bucs history in assists.
06:50Oh, man.
06:50Right behind Giannis.
06:52He's one of the great point guards.
06:53You look at the Missouri Valley Conference history, great point guards.
06:56And when he was at Tulsa, he came for Nolan Richardson at Tulsa as his coach.
07:01He's listed as one of the all-time great point guards coming out of that conference.
07:06And a lockdown defensive player, perennial all-defensive team.
07:11So, they're putting Bobby Jones, great defensive player.
07:14Michael Cooper, great defense, very little offense in the Hall of Fame.
07:17Paul Pressey's name should come up at some point because of what he contributed.
07:23Nice move there by Torian Prince.
07:25You know, we talked about your immediate family being here this weekend, Marcus.
07:29But the Bucs Legends family is here.
07:32And I know it's got to be special to kind of exchange stories and handshakes and hugs with all these
07:37guys.
07:38And Paul Pressey, myself, Harvey Catchings.
07:41You know, we've got kind of a texting group, whatever it's called, that we stay in contact with.
07:48And so, it's just good to see those guys in the flesh, Paul and Sidney, two of my teammates that
07:55I just love.
08:13It's a quick, quick Paul Pressey story.
08:16So, we're in Boston at a restaurant called Bob the Chefs.
08:20And the waitress keeps calling him Nikki.
08:23She's the rest of the waitress.
08:25You know, what are you going to have, Nikki?
08:26Nikki, you like that?
08:27Nikki, nice job, Jericho.
08:28She keeps calling Paul Pressey Nikki, Lisa, the whole time.
08:31And so, finally, at the end of dinner, we're like, why do you keep calling this guy Nikki?
08:35She said, well, that's what's on his sweatshirt.
08:36N-I-K-E, Nikki.
08:38Nike.
08:42That's a great story.
08:44Good thing it wasn't a divas.
08:47That'd be harder to pronounce.
08:52Oh.
08:5473 to 55.
08:59Clippers doing a concerted effort.
09:01You're trying to calm down DT2 to no avail on that possession.
09:06Something about the Clippers.
09:07Gary Trent Jr.
09:0820 points.
09:10A season-high 20 points.
09:11Last Monday, a season-high 6-3 point makes.
09:15Should he be auditioning for the Clippers?
09:16Well, he wind up a Clipper.
09:18Well, as he's playing against it.
09:20Dumps it off to Ajax.
09:22A little double pump.
09:23Andre Jackson Jr.
09:25A little flash and flare.
09:28Buck showing some sign of life.
09:31Getting out in transition.
09:34And you know Andre Jackson, this is easy work.
09:37This is light work for him.
09:39Buck's down.
09:4273 to 59 with 724 left in the third quarter.
09:45The numbers that matter brought to you by Hamish, Hamish, and Rottier.
09:48Now, we know for the first time in nine straight years, the Bucs are not in the playoffs,
09:52but in that stretch, you've got highlights like that.
09:54Look at Giannis.
09:55You have to go all the way back to Giannis in that 16-17 season, you know,
10:01before the Bucs had not made the playoffs.
10:03But look at how successful they have been throughout this stretch.
10:06Lots of, I mean, a championship, obviously.
10:08Lots of these moments here to celebrate.
10:10They have been just a model of consistency throughout the last nine seasons.
10:15Well, and the only thing, the main thing, let me put it that way,
10:18that has derailed the Bucs last year, the year before was injuries.
10:23I mean, against Miami, Giannis went down with the back injury.
10:25Dane goes down with the Achilles injury in the playoffs last year.
10:29Giannis, you know, so if it weren't for the injuries, who knows just how far this team might have gone.
10:35But it's one thing that you cannot account for, cannot predict, and that's your star player getting hurt.
10:40And Doc Rivers has said, I haven't had a healthy roster, you know, since I've taken this job.
10:45There's a reason why only Boston and Milwaukee had been to the playoffs in nine straight years.
10:50I mean, no one else in the league had longevity like that because it's hard to do because of that
10:55with injuries and free agency and bad luck that you might run into.
11:01I mean, it's a really difficult task to keep longevity success in the NBA.
11:06Which, you know, and I'm going to give props to our hated rival, but the Boston Celtics, Joe Mazzullo,
11:11what they've done this year with no Jason Tatum for most of the year with his Achilles situation has been
11:17nothing short of remarkable.
11:19People thought that they would kind of fall off the playoff map.
11:22Yeah, credit to everyone on that roster.
11:24But a lot of kudos to me goes to Jalen Brown.
11:27You know, like he really shoulders the load, and I feel like he was thinking, he was offended almost by
11:32the fact that I think a lot of people thought it was a gap year for the Celtics.
11:36He's playing.
11:37He's like, what do you mean gap year?
11:38When Melanie pointed out, he's got an interesting way of communicating with his players.
11:42He looked at their Zodiac sign, Mel.
11:46Mel?
11:47Maybe we'll get her to comment on that.
11:49Melody rips.
11:49Yeah.
11:52He communicates, he looks like the year of the dog, a Chinese New Year or something,
12:01and then he kind of looked at the qualities and traits that that individual New Year animal kind of represents,
12:08and then he'll know how to communicate with certain players.
12:11There's a whole thing.
12:12You know Melody.
12:13There's a whole thing going on.
12:18Melody is crooked.
12:19I'm not sure she's co-signing on this story here, Marcus.
12:23I think it was Melody who sent me that tweet.
12:25All right, everybody.
12:26I just, I needed the buildup, Lisa.
12:28I needed the buildup.
12:30So Jalen Brown, I was telling Marcus this.
12:32I sent him this article about how Jalen Brown, he explained how he's memorized all of his teammates' astrology and
12:38numerology so that he can get to learn them, learn how to communicate with them.
12:43So he said, for example, Derek White, he's the year of the dogs, so his communication style's a little bit
12:47different.
12:48Hugo, he's also a dog.
12:50Peyton, however.
12:51Peyton Pritchard, he's a tiger.
12:52And JT's a tiger as well.
12:54So he's like, now that I know who's a dog, who's a tiger, who's a dragon, I feel like I've
12:58been able to better and more effectively communicate with my teammates.
13:02And Marcus, you and I kind of laughed about it when we were talking about it, but he's on or
13:06something because it's working for him, is it not?
13:08Well, according to my mother, I'd be the year of the jackass.
13:13That was her nickname for being jack.
13:15Was it?
13:16Yeah, yeah.
13:17I'll show you a picture during the game to give you a better indication why.
13:23Gave it to me when I was a little tiny boy.
13:25Year of the jackass.
13:26Wasn't expecting that answer to tag that story.
13:31Doc said, be honest, didn't he?
13:33He did, he did.
13:34All the stories about Marcus will come out.
13:41Just joining us, we had a heavy dose.
13:43There's Kawhi with the spin move here.
13:47That's 20 yet.
13:48No, he's getting close.
13:5317, 17 is what we have.
13:56Keep that streak alive.
13:57You know, Ty Luz is aware of it.
13:59Nice, Torian Christmas.
14:03Torians, the double figures here off the bench.
14:05Again, only eight available players here for the Bucs.
14:12The regular rotation guys, including the latest scratch, Ryan Rollins, out with various injuries here today.
14:19We've had the Johnson family takeover, Marcus.
14:22We've involved your sons in the pregame and, you know, especially throughout the first half.
14:27We can't forget about Shiloh.
14:29Wow.
14:30Yeah, and see, with these pictures, she's taking a picture with Giannis like every other year, every third year.
14:36And so it allows me to kind of watch her growth during the years of being next to Giannis.
14:43She is a big-time Giannis fan.
14:46Wanted to learn how to pronounce his name right when I first got the job.
14:50It took a while, but she finally got it.
14:52There she is, a shoulder length.
14:54Her first high school basketball game.
14:57Brothers supporting her.
14:59All those boys in Shiloh, the apple of the daddy's eye.
15:03Is she made all conference, is that right?
15:05Yeah, she's first to all leagues.
15:08Congrats to Shiloh.
15:10Sophomore.
15:10Didn't have the kind of scoring year we wanted, but still averaged like 10, about 6 assists.
15:14Let her team, about 10 rebounds a game.
15:16So she's got to hold up with the brothers here, too.
15:19Kawhi Leonard, here's your 20-point game.
15:2251 straight now this season.
15:2420 or more points.
15:26He's just so efficient with it.
15:2728 points a game.
15:29He's averaging.
15:30He's the older player, oldest player in league history, according to Stephen Watson.
15:33Oldest player in league history to get his career high.
15:38This, you know, whatever, you know what I'm trying to say.
15:41Do we need to patch in Stephen Watson to finish this show?
15:44Yeah, but yeah, get his career high at 30, what is he, 34, 35?
15:4934 this year, yeah.
15:50And that's his career high.
15:52He got 55 points against Detroit.
15:54Been in league 14 years, and to get his career high in that 14th season is just remarkable.
15:59Oh, and Stephen, are you there?
16:00What was I trying to say?
16:01Maybe it's Stephen Watson this time.
16:03Marcus got it.
16:04It was 14th season or later to have your career high.
16:07Yeah.
16:08That's what Kawhi has.
16:08And what's your zodiac sign, Stephen?
16:11I don't know.
16:15Oh, it's not Jack, I know that.
16:17Yeah.
16:18And that might is really the year of the wood goat.
16:20I looked it up after Melanie and I.
16:22I have no idea what, maybe it's the year of wood and year of the goat combined.
16:25I don't know what a wood goat is.
16:27I've never heard of one, so I don't know.
16:30Probably Chinese for jackass.
16:35We got to sort things out here, sort it out in the broadcast booth and here on the floor.
16:41Jackass is a donkey, you know, that that stubborn mule.
16:44Yeah, it's a donkey.
16:46That's what it's a jacket.
16:47Yeah.
16:49That's not the first thing that comes to mind.
16:53I've been tainted, though.
16:54I've been tainted.
16:58Brooke trying to draw contact and, man, on the move finish for a guy like that, 37, 17 years.
17:05I mean, that is athletic, right?
17:07That is super athletic, and they've got him blitzing way out on the perimeter
17:10and then scrambling back to get to his own.
17:13Look at this defense.
17:14Chris Dunn, yeah, he tosses it away, but into the hands of A.J.
17:17Gary Chuck, Jr.
17:19Fouled on a three-point shot by Darius Garland, who wants it reviewed immediately.
17:23Yeah, spread eagle.
17:32It's Garland's first.
17:34L.A. calls a timeout.
17:36Waiting for the green light.
17:38There it is.
17:39So Tyloo will be challenging this foul call.
17:45Look like Gary extended the legs, trying to initiate some contact upon release.
17:51We'll see how much it strayed from his normal shooting motion, or whatever the criteria is
17:58that they use to deliberate situations like this.
18:01Today's coach's challenge brought to you by Freighter to the Medical College of Wisconsin.
18:06Yeah, it's got to be a natural shooting motion.
18:08We see that sidekick that you've talked about with Gary Trent, Jr.
18:11I think they might overturn this.
18:15It's natural if you're Lloyd be free, but other than that, I don't think if Lloyd be free
18:20was the master at that, but I don't think they're going to associate that with Gary Trent's
18:27natural shooting motion.
18:29Watch that right leg.
18:30It's good try.
18:31He's just trying to...
18:32Wow, he does initiate contact, and right in that thigh groin area, but Darius Garland,
18:39that was a kick.
18:42A mule kick.
18:45Yeah, Darius Garland was emphatic, and now you see why.
18:51Mark Davis, Evan Scott at the monitor.
18:54Moussa Danker's also a referee here today.
18:58Kind of a rare matinee back-to-back here for the Bucs.
19:02One more look.
19:10Hmm.
19:13Angle wasn't much better, but...
19:16Jumps in the air, and yeah, I mean, it's just pretty, I think, pretty obvious.
19:20He's just trying to find the body of Darius Garland.
19:26Or is he?
19:26Let's take a look here.
19:28There's a right footy.
19:35Doesn't look, it doesn't look natural to me, so we'll see what the officials think.
19:42Upon review, it's been determined that the defender Garland does not contact the shooter
19:47on his swipe, and the unnatural and abnormal leg kick by Trent has been judged to be an offensive
19:53foul.
19:54This is a successful challenge.
19:57The defensive foul will be overturned to an offensive foul.
20:00It'll be L.A.'s ball on the sideline.
20:03Los Angeles has no further challenges, and they do receive their timeout back.
20:09So three personals now on Gary Trent Jr.
20:13Well, the only thing that could have saved me was the swipe right there.
20:16Yeah.
20:16They thought maybe that swipe...
20:17The swipe happened before the kick.
20:19Yeah, before the kick, but he may have made contact, but it wasn't enough to warrant a foul being called
20:26against Darius Garland.
20:27Yeah, unfortunately, it's against our guy, but that's the right call, it looks like, on
20:31that play.
20:34So three fouls, as you see there, with 20 points for Gary Trent Jr.
20:38Yeah, five three-point makes, all of them coming in the first half.
20:42Darius Garland, air ball.
20:49Garland's got a couple of 30-point games in the last four games.
20:53He's really been on a nice little hot streak, kind of getting comfy cozy in his new home.
20:59Didn't he have a 41 or something?
21:01He had a really huge team.
21:02Yeah, it was like a season high against Dallas.
21:06He also had those 11 assists in the same game.
21:09Yeah, yeah.
21:10So he is really, you know, gearing up for the postseason, playing his best basketball,
21:16and he felt that the Cavs thought he was expendable because that toe injury that had plagued him all season.
21:22Long turf toe.
21:24The NBA's version of turf toe.
21:26Did you ever have turf toe?
21:27No, I had never heard of turf toe as a basketball player.
21:31No.
21:32I mean.
21:33You hear about it a lot, especially in football.
21:35Hold that thought.
21:36Pay some pills.
21:37Quick message from Michaels Corporation.
21:50I, myself, basketball soccer player, never got turf toe, but I hear it's extremely painful.
21:57I got black toe.
21:58That's when you get it stomped on a lot.
22:00Just guys landing on it and then, you know, a lot of NBA guys have that.
22:05Yeah, it gets all discolored and that's, that's, that's no fun.
22:07That's, that's probably similar to what, uh, Gary's Garland is, he's going through it or went through.
22:42Hand-off here for A.J.
22:43He's cooking in terms of his quickness, creating that dunk shot for airplane mode.
22:47D.J. Jr., Derrick Jones.
22:52He's having a great year offensively, career high, shooting the basketball, speaking of shooting low.
22:59D.J. Jr., his first three-point attempt, Brook Lopez.
23:08He gets another rebound.
23:10First three-point make for Brook was year seven of his career.
23:18Benedict Matherin with the reverse.
23:25Ten points now for Matherin.
23:29And Andre Jackson, Jr. draws the foul.
23:32Brook has only taken one three-pointer here today, but his career, part of our today's Indeed Career Scouting report,
23:40he's been a lot more.
23:40Look at this, the career three-point field goals, three in the, in the beginning parts of his career,
23:46and now over a thousand that he has made.
23:50You know, and, and just digesting the numbers even more,
23:54his attempts went up considerably in that, that 16, 2016, 17th season.
24:02And so I was just curious, not only for Brook, but guys 6'10 or taller,
24:06for whatever reason, like there was a major jump in three-point attempts from 2016-17 to 17-18 season.
24:16I don't know if I had to do, like, KD at the time was on Golden State, you know, around
24:20there.
24:21And, and KD has been a three-point shooter his whole career, but maybe it was more magnified
24:25because he played with Golden State those years.
24:28But it's just, it was kind of interesting.
24:30You know, Brook kind of trended the way that the league was trending.
24:33Yeah.
24:33For guys 6'10 or taller.
24:35And just that's that, you know, like his first six years, he took like nine total.
24:41And so this is what we're talking about, you know, the, the, the jump with a 15, 16,
24:46and went from percentage of points from three, from just under 10% to 14% in a matter of,
24:53of, of one year.
24:54That's a significant jump for guys 6'10 or taller.
24:57And you see now where we sit, currently, it's almost at, at 20% of the points from three.
25:03And, and coach is just understanding the value of that extra point and, and emphasizing volume
25:09in terms of getting a three-point shot.
25:11So you see a steal, you see an offensive rebound.
25:13It's always go down and shoot a three, even if you got a layup, just because of that increased
25:18volume opportunity.
25:20The league becoming more analytically driven.
25:24And Tonk has even said, it follows, you know, the quote-unquote, the best player.
25:28So when you bring in a guy like Wimby, who can do a little bit of everything.
25:31And I, I know he's entering in an, in an era where it's already been heavy, as we showed
25:34you the numbers, three-point shooting for, for big guys.
25:39But it's just, just that one year, it just was an interesting trend and a jump.
25:44Well, it, it gives me empathy for the guys who were born too soon.
25:49The big men that I played with, that were great shooters.
25:51Richard Washington played for the Bucs, played with me at UCLA 6'10", 6'11.
25:56Devastating jump shooter.
25:57Jim McDaniels, guys like that.
25:59But they were labeled as soft because they wouldn't go down in the post.
26:02All they want to do is shoot jumpers.
26:05Now, nobody's in the post.
26:06And if you, and if they were playing today, they would be a very, very valuable commodity.
26:14That's the nature of change.
26:17Usman's numbers, stuff the stat sheet.
26:1912.6 rebounds, five assists, four steals.
26:2336 minutes of play.
26:24Yeah, this last stretch of game for him, he's got to use those, you know, to the best of his
26:31ability to continue to build on the momentum that he has created as a Milwaukee buck.
26:38Handling the ball, scoring points, playing great defense.
26:45And I know the coaching staff is, you know, the way they work, these guys will make sure that they
26:50don't look at this as like a shutdown, you know, because you're out of the playoffs right now.
26:55It's still work to be done, still things to improve upon.
26:57A.J. Green blowing past the Clippers defense.
27:03Mr. Northern Iowa got his jersey returned.
27:05Nice job.
27:08Northern Iowa making it to the NCAAs, which A.J. said he never got able to do, so.
27:13They took an early exit, but he was, that was a thrill for him to watch his alma mater do
27:18that.
27:23And they draw the foul.
27:24Well, 23 seconds left to play here in the quarter.
27:28Okay, so Northern Iowa.
27:29Yeah.
27:30Make a comment about them.
27:31They signed a young man out of Wisconsin Lutheran, Xavier Zins.
27:37Okay, he's the first cousin of Conn Knipple.
27:42He plays with the Knipple brothers.
27:44Oh, wow.
27:44They were undefeated this year.
27:46This young man was the Washington, excuse me, the Wisconsin State Player of the Year, Xavier Zins.
27:52So, listen, look out for that name.
27:54The Connickmo family needs to, like, stop hogging all the basketball talent in their family.
27:59Spread it out a little bit more.
28:01But can you imagine playing with three other Knipples on the same team just how fundamentally sound that team has
28:08got to be?
28:08And they did not lose a game this year.
28:10They won state championships, I think, three of the last four years.
28:13They're going to be more surprised if you said they did lose a game.
28:15Yeah, right.
28:16This year.
28:17Yep.
28:18The final few seconds here of the third quarter.
28:20Usman has it.
28:22Ten seconds here to work with.
28:24Backs it up.
28:25Goes great.
28:26Looking for his shot.
28:27That's a nice move, Usman.
28:29And only his second field goal of the day.
28:31Five points on the afternoon.
28:36Benedict Matherin.
28:37That's what he does.
28:38Not done.
28:39That's what he does.
28:40He shot 49 free throws the last five games.
28:43He's shooting about just over eight free throws a game as a Clipper.
28:47Right.
28:48I was looking at that.
28:49Six games he's averaging ten free throw attempts.
28:51The last six.
28:53He just pounds A.J. on that penetration move.
28:56A.J. takes the, you know, the worst for wear on that.
28:59And this guy gets the benefit of the free throws.
29:01He's below that average, though.
29:02These are just his fifth.
29:04He'll get up there.
29:05These are his fifth and sixth attempts.
29:08If need be.
29:10Well, true.
29:15Just another great pickup.
29:16Just the Clippers felt like they were too old.
29:19With James Harden, he didn't know his contract situation.
29:22Some of these other guys they had in the rotation.
29:24They wanted to get some youth and athleticism.
29:26They did that with Darius Gardner and Benedict Matherin.
29:29It's interesting because the Clippers still are listed as the third oldest in the league.
29:34And the Bucs have dropped down.
29:36They're the fourth oldest.
29:37They were playing most of the season as the sixth oldest in the league.
29:41All right.
29:42Coming up is the fourth quarter.
29:43Brought to you by Landmark Credit Union.
29:46A understaffed Milwaukee Bucs team trailing the Clippers heading into the final 12 minutes.
29:57And a Menard's game summary.
30:00Kawhi Leonard, of course.
30:02Another 20-point game.
30:0451 straight.
30:05Shooting 50%.
30:07Gary Trent Jr., 18 of his 20 coming in the first half.
30:11And all five three-pointers coming in the first half.
30:16All right.
30:17It's us.
30:18Why are they showing us on camera?
30:20Well, I mean, BJ just saved your life.
30:22This is Leon, BJ.
30:24With the great hand.
30:25There's a t-shirt kind of shot up our way.
30:27And BJ, like, grabbed that bad boy.
30:29That's why we're showing us.
30:29Right before it got to you.
30:31You should have put out your t-shirt.
30:32Did you give it away?
30:33Oh, you gave it away to the kid.
30:34You gave it to the young lady down here.
30:35BJ Cronus was all over it.
30:37Yeah, he saved us.
30:37Statistician, Leon Derone, who keeps us a stage manager.
30:41Keeps us under wraps here at Leon's Lounge.
30:46Our host extraordinaire.
30:5096-74 at the start of the fourth quarter.
30:55And it's John Collins.
30:57Let's look at healthier and healthier.
30:58He's got 14 points here today.
31:00Now, this is an interesting Clipper team.
31:02And they lose some depth with some injuries to some of their pigs.
31:05But their defense with Jeff Van Gundy is, I think, going to be a problem in the playoffs.
31:10Their half-court defense, that's what the playoffs become.
31:13A half-court game.
31:15Right there, forcing another turnover.
31:19It's all about making multiple efforts, as you hear coaches talk about.
31:26Usman.
31:27Okay.
31:28He's taking a stop.
31:29He's trying to stop him.
31:31He was like a Giannis Freak train for a second.
31:34Yeah, a little easy.
31:35When that play, I mean, he got stripped the last time.
31:39That time, a lot stronger with the basketball.
31:41And had made up his mind early.
31:43He was going to finish strong.
31:44There's a slew of Bucs guys who are dressed in street clothes.
31:48The Nasus was leading the charge.
31:49He stood up to cheer that play.
31:53This is an important time of the year for him.
31:56Just to finish with momentum, finish with the high level of confidence going into your off-season work.
32:02A little bump there against Miller.
32:03Nice job to keep him at bay.
32:06And that's good aggressiveness right there.
32:10Look at the Nasus.
32:12Loves it.
32:13The Nasus with the Dennis Rodman t-shirt on.
32:16Look at all these guys.
32:17Man, wouldn't it be nice to have them?
32:18No Kuz, no Thanasis, no Ryan Rollins, no Miles Turner, KPJ.
32:25I hope Ryan is a guy who can finish out this season.
32:28Oh, that hip flexor injury.
32:30There's Torian Prince for two.
32:33I love seeing TP just get more and more comfortable after missing, what, almost three or four months of time
32:41with that neck surgery.
32:42And, you know, this has been a frustrating season.
32:45The ups and downs and not making the playoffs.
32:47I mean, we're not trying to smooth that over at all.
32:51But there have been some bright spots, and certainly Torian Prince is at the top of the list.
32:56Yeah, that's a great story.
32:57Someone has been through that same neck injury, C3, C4, cervical.
33:01I didn't get the spinal fusion.
33:02He got the spinal fusion, one of the few athletes, being able to come back from that and actually have
33:07game action.
33:10There's your guy again.
33:11He heard you talking about boosting his free throw totals up to what he's been doing the last six games.
33:17You know, he's only, what, at six attempts here so far.
33:20A.J. Green has committed his fifth personal.
33:24So, Usman with five, and A.J. now with five.
33:31And the seventh and eighth free throw attempts here coming up for Matherin.
33:40Time for a quick word from Gruber Law Offices.
33:44After a serious crash, call the team you can trust.
33:48Gruber Law Offices, proud partner of your Milwaukee Bucks.
33:52One call, that's all.
33:54We got a Kobe checking in, Marcus.
33:57Kobe Sanders.
33:58Okay.
33:58The rookie from Nevada.
34:00Nineteen points last Monday against this Bucks team in L.A.
34:05A plethora of Kobe's in the basketball world now, and a homage to the late, great Kobe Bryant.
34:19First miss at the free throw line for Matherin.
34:22He's got those 19 points.
34:31Usman, this is a three-pointer, sitting on seven points.
34:35He's 0 for four from three.
34:37You don't mind that.
34:38Stay aggressive.
34:39They can put some points on the board.
34:41Keep your confidence.
34:42Love behind that job.
34:43C-Mac Ryan.
34:44Corvac Ryan, a little Kimmy back.
34:46C-Mac.
34:48Creating some offense from his own defense.
34:51Return of the C-Mac.
34:55Are you going to get it to the tune for that?
34:57No.
34:58Good defense, and you love to see a guy finish it off, and he makes it a great defensive play.
35:02If I hum it, will you sing it?
35:06Oh, if you hum a few bars, I can fake it.
35:11Uh-oh.
35:12Chris Tung with the put-back.
35:17You got it, yeah.
35:19You're supposed to back me up.
35:22You got it.
35:23You're supposed to back me up.
35:24Back door for A.J. Creed.
35:27Nice find.
35:27Good find, yeah, by Pete Nance.
35:29Good job, A.J.
35:30The top lock, and his doctor loves to say, preventing A.J. from, like, coming off of D.H.O.'s
35:36out top,
35:37and he made the right read.
35:38Pete made a beautiful pass.
35:40Go, go, go, go.
35:43Now, Torian Prince was looking for Cormac.
35:47Here comes Miller.
35:48He also had a pretty good game.
35:51Jordan Miller, 10 points on Monday against Milwaukee.
35:56Why is John Collins going after Cormac Ryan?
36:05C-Mac must be getting on his last nerves right here.
36:10Did you see, I mean, he's just boxing him out.
36:11He kind of flings him toward the baseline, and then going to have...
36:16What did Cormac do?
36:18What did Cormac do?
36:19What did Cormac do?
36:19Let's see if Cormac didn't do anything, just trying to shield it with his body, and going
36:23after the offensive rebound.
36:25Oh, that's a good basketball play.
36:28You need to try and intimidate the young fella, just getting his feet wet in the lead.
36:43Here's Usman, between the legs, crossover against John Collins, draws a foul.
36:51It's the third team foul here for the Clippers, and the fourth personal foul, and that guy,
36:57John Collins.
36:58Yeah, and so Collins, you know, been an illegal while now, 28 years old, 19 years.
37:04I feel like he's older than 28.
37:06Yeah, no, he's been around for a while.
37:08Came out as a young player, sir, out of Wake Forest, after a storied career as a Deacon
37:13Deacon had some records that surpassed even Tim Duncan when he was there in terms of his
37:17consecutive 20-point game streak, thinking about 12 in a row in college.
37:22They're not going to say it's a shooting foul for Usman, who's a little frustrated on that.
37:27I'm a poor guy like Collins, so it didn't work out in Atlanta.
37:30I got traded to where Utah came over to the Clippers, and he's a guy that was going to
37:36be a budding all-star to some people's evaluations.
37:39As Usman does a nice job, I talked about Kawhi, you know, fouling away, Kawhi drawing
37:44fouls when that defender's up in your airspace.
37:46He did a good job with that against Chris Dunn.
37:51A.J. fires him straight away, and A.J. Green, his second three-point make.
38:0013 off the bench here today for A.J.
38:03to go along with Torian's 18 points.
38:09There's Colby.
38:19Colby Sanders went from a two-way contract, converted to one of those standard NBA contracts.
38:24As Sanders tries to knock it away, but gets called for the foul.
38:30That's his first, and we get the fourth team foul, so one more.
38:34Now the Bucs are in the bonus.
38:40Good job on back cut.
38:43Again, Clippers top lock, and that's when they try and prevent shooters from being able to come off
38:49a screen or come off a dribble handoff, and you kind of force them back into a crowd.
38:54I don't need to control the game at all.
39:00Toast a game day presented by Door Peninsula.
39:03A ticket package available for Tuesday's game against the Mavs.
39:06You can score a glass of Door Peninsula or a soda and a ticket.
39:09Go to Bucs.com slash toast.
39:15Also, A.J. Green, BMO cap series day with the Mavs coming up.
39:21Is that that bucket hat that he designed?
39:27First bucket hat.
39:29A bucket hat.
39:29Well, because he's a fisherman.
39:31Oh, okay.
39:34We usually finish with bucket hats on.
39:36Okay, so that's not like a cap.
39:38That's a whole different.
39:40It's a, yeah, I guess technically.
39:43I mean, I don't know.
39:44It doesn't have a bill.
39:45Cap could be a large umbrella, I guess, of a definition.
39:47Okay, all right.
39:48I was thinking like a painter's kind of a square Dutch boy hat, but no, that's a different.
39:53What, like Dr. Seuss or something?
39:54No, no, no.
39:59But I get it.
39:59I understand it.
40:01All you had to do was say, Fisherman.
40:03Okay, now, now, now, I like this.
40:04This is John Collins and Cormac Ryan kind of talking it out.
40:09You know, right at the top of the key behind A.J. Green.
40:12And, you know, the body language is different now.
40:14They're rubbing up against each other.
40:16They're touching each other, you know.
40:18So they've chilled out.
40:20Good.
40:25Always like to see that.
40:27Yeah.
40:28Cormac's like, dude, I'm just trying to read this.
40:30This is only my fourth game in my career.
40:33Come, come, come, come.
40:33Chill out a little bit.
40:34Come, come, come, come, come, come, come, come, come, come, come, come, come, come.
40:35I'll try to go.
40:37Just scored my first NBA bucket on his last row.
40:40It's probably played under 25 minutes in his whole career.
40:45I'm just trying to, trying to, you know, make an impression, man.
40:52A foul to A.J. Green and he has fouled out.
40:56That's number six there for A.J.
40:58Wow.
40:59A.J., the Hack Murdoch award.
41:02We'll take a timeout.
41:03A.J. Green and I did it all for the team.
41:18Made it to the struggle, new regime.
41:20Big kick, you can hear the crowd scream.
41:23I'm the king, about to add another ring.
41:27This ain't nine to five, cause we running around the clock till it hurts.
41:30A.J. Green and I did it through the mud and the dirt.
41:34We put it work, work, work, work, work, work.
41:37This ain't nine to five, cause we running around the clock till it hurts.
41:40Today's prepping and memorable moments, the Johnson family moments,
41:44the Johnson family takeover here today.
41:46Well, thank you.
41:47Thank the Bucs.
41:48Thank our producer Dan Keener and everybody else involved in allowing me
41:53and my talented offspring just to come together on this Bucs family weekend.
41:58And the ex-players in town, family in town, and, you know,
42:02we're not going to the playoffs this year,
42:04but this is all about family disorganization,
42:06and I'm just privileged to be a part of it.
42:10John Collins with the baseline jumper.
42:12You know, going to break, A.J. had fouled out.
42:14If you're wondering, his fourth career foul out.
42:17Is it changed?
42:18Yeah, I'm surprised by that.
42:19His first this season.
42:21Yeah, I would have lost a bet on that.
42:23I would have, too.
42:24That's a family feud question on that one.
42:32Yeah, but, you know, we'll see what Shiloh, you know, grows up to be.
42:38But, you know, it's just interesting.
42:39Your sons have all found themselves in some sort of entertainment or sports world.
42:43Yeah.
42:44You know, as their likelihood.
42:47Yes, they have, and then all doing exceptionally well.
42:52Son, Chris, just was hired by 24-7 CBS, the website,
42:57to cover Congress Basketball, and the outstanding writer.
43:01He's really good as a writer.
43:05Josiah on the Gills Arena podcast, and that craziness.
43:11Give a watch.
43:12Give a watch.
43:13I saw what you were on.
43:14I watched that episode for sure, and then, you know, it'll, it'll,
43:18it's always entertaining, so it pops up.
43:21It's got the algorithm thing.
43:23That's right.
43:23It just pops up on your feed.
43:26Whether you're expecting it or not.
43:27Whether you're expecting it or not.
43:29And the Bucs have been in the news a lot on there.
43:33Yeah.
43:34I mean, Cam Thomas, Giannis' situation.
43:37Real strong opinions.
43:40Everywhere, nationwide, not just on that podcast.
43:43Yeah, well, you're right about that.
43:45It'll be interesting.
43:46It'll be interesting offseason to see what transpires.
43:50Yeah, and Chris, my son, was saying, Lisa, that this is one of the biggest offseasons
43:56in the history of this team, probably, since the Kareem trade, in terms of, you know, where
44:02things head.
44:03So, we're keeping our fingers crossed and hoping for the best.
44:07But it'll be interesting, as you mentioned.
44:08Yeah, when it involves this guy.
44:10Yeah.
44:10You know, the franchise player.
44:15And he's working like crazy.
44:17I watched him pre-game.
44:18As I got here early, we had a brunch for season ticket holders.
44:21And so, I got out to the court early, and he was out there.
44:24He'd already broken the sweat early to normal.
44:26He rested for about 15, 20 minutes.
44:29I thought he was done.
44:29He got back out there and put in about another 15, 20, 25 minutes of hard work.
44:36But, well, we just, you know, we want to see a healthy Giannis, too.
44:39And that's what Doc Rivers keeps saying, is, you know, he hasn't even been cleared yet,
44:43right, to even consider if you want to play him or not, or shut him down for the season.
44:48You know, the sports performance team has not cleared him health-wise.
44:53But, I mean, even in the Pacers game, where he suffered that injury, you know, he had the
44:59dunk, which the injury happened, and then he had the second dunk.
45:02You could see on the second dunk, he just didn't have the same Giannis explosion that
45:06we're accustomed to seeing.
45:10By the way, Usman Chang, his first career foul-out.
45:14Us, he's gone?
45:15Yeah.
45:16I don't know.
45:18Greg Bukter, you got any eligibility left?
45:20We started with eight available guys.
45:22Now we're down to six.
45:24We showed you all the guys.
45:25Giannis included, all the guys in street clothes.
45:27Jordan Love.
45:28Can your sons play?
45:30No, you don't want to see that.
45:31Jordan Love.
45:32Jordan Love can play some post-defense, I know.
45:37Chris or Josiah, they played at UCLA.
45:40Played is the operation.
45:44We're all in the power walking right now.
45:46And, by the way, Benedict Matherin, right, that is 9 of 10 from the free-throw line.
45:50There you go.
45:51You said he'd get it.
45:53He'd get it.
45:54He got it.
45:54Get to that average of about 10 free-throw attempts that he has.
45:58There's Gary Trent Jr.
46:01And GT2, he's got that new season high.
46:0424 points.
46:06That's three games, right?
46:07He's been like GT of last year's playoffs.
46:13Yeah, good against the, yeah, he had a good road trip.
46:17Yeah.
46:18And a good day here today.
46:20Maybe looking for more.
46:20Gives it up to Ajax.
46:22Look out.
46:23Ajax.
46:25Wow, with the five-serve crowd.
46:27Oh, boy.
46:31Oh, good sign of sportsmanship, both Matherin and John Collins.
46:37But nice job, Ajax, on the baseline.
46:40One more from Gary Trent.
46:41And easy work for Ajax.
46:44That's the second double pump we've seen from Ajax here today.
46:48He's in double figures.
46:49He's got his first start of the season.
46:52Ajax does.
46:54Last start came all the way in February of 2025.
46:58Last season.
46:59In and out for Collins.
47:16Gary Trent Jr. ties a season high with six three-point makes.
47:21He's been fantastic this afternoon.
47:28Gary Trent, 27 points, steps it back, a thing of beauty.
47:451-12 to 99, 4.43 remaining.
47:47Bucs on a 13-4 run.
47:48They've got it down to 13 points.
47:50We're getting set for Bucs Live.
47:51Presented by Frederick and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
47:53A couple of Bucs enjoying season highs right now.
47:57Gary Trent Jr., Torian Prince, Cormac Ryan with a career high.
48:01How about five bucks in double figures right now?
48:03Three of them coming from off the bench.
48:04Only eight bucks available this afternoon against the Clippers.
48:07The bench doing their thing.
48:08We'll hear from Doc Rivers as well.
48:11Lisa Marcus should be a fun Bucs Live postgame.
48:13Get to recap the Johnson family takeover.
48:15Maybe even talk some Zodiac signs.
48:18We'll wait and see.
48:18Have you figured out what your Zodiac sign is yet, Steve?
48:21Yeah, I'm a Pisces.
48:22I knew that.
48:23I was just afraid of where Marcus was going to take me after I said that.
48:26Pisces are good people.
48:27What about tortoise?
48:32China Collins with a turnaround.
48:34Was that positive or negative?
48:37Oh, boy.
48:39Are you a tortoise?
48:40I'm a tortoise.
48:41So be careful.
48:42Be careful, partner.
48:43Gary, turn a new season high.
48:46Seven big ones.
48:47Oh, man.
48:48Gary, get DT2.
48:50Not messing around.
48:51I want to see a Capricorn.
48:52We out here just on one.
48:56And again, it's been late showing up.
48:59But when it did, it showed up big time for him.
49:01That shooting stroke, that rhythm we've been waiting for pretty much all season long.
49:06He's got a new Bucs career high with those 30 points.
49:12I explained it.
49:13I can't see Clippers.
49:15Matherin for three.
49:16Sinks it.
49:20It was like the Clippers got to be a little bit careful here to clip it out of that timeout.
49:24But they needed that bucket.
49:25Right, they did.
49:26And I didn't even realize it.
49:27But it was like a, what, a 12-point game.
49:30And with GT2 on fire the way he was.
49:32They were on a 13-4 run going into that timeout.
49:35GT2.
49:36Gary Trent Jr. is smoking.
49:39All right.
49:41How about 33 points?
49:43Eight three-point makes.
49:45Boy, that form looks sweet coming off that screen, getting those feet set, those shoulders square.
49:55Watch how quickly he gets those feet set up.
49:57I mean, that's a tougher angle to get the feet set as you're going away from the pass.
50:02And, you know, you've got to land them behind and make sure you keep it going, crank it up.
50:09It's reminiscent last year, you mentioned his playoffs, game three against the Pacers, nine three-pointers, the 37 points.
50:17You know, it was a situation where we needed someone to step up.
50:24And he certainly did that.
50:26Did it on this very floor.
50:30The most points with the Bucs in the regular season.
50:34Of course, those, you know, the playoff numbers and the regular season numbers are different.
50:39His career high for threes in both the playoffs and the regular season is nine.
50:45See if you can chase that.
50:47He's at eight.
50:51Watch out!
50:54Watch out!
50:58Cormac Ryan!
50:59Point three!
51:00It's contagious!
51:02Don't look now!
51:04It's an 11-point game!
51:05I mean, you've got to obviously string together about three really good stops.
51:11What are those called?
51:11Kills in basketball now?
51:13Three straight stops to an opponent.
51:16See what happens.
51:18John Collins gets smothered somehow.
51:21Good pass to Jordan Miller in the lane.
51:22Yeah, one too many defenders converge on John Collins.
51:26Don't want to count for Jordan Miller.
51:39Toria Prince this time for the corner.
51:46I like that possession because they were deliberately trying to get Gary Trent a shot in that possession.
51:52I mean, why not?
51:53He's on fire right now.
51:54But a lot of times, guys in situations like this may look for their own.
51:57Yeah, and quickly, this could be a 23-point kind of game here for the Pucks.
52:02Collins' defense fell apart on that possession.
52:05It's just been the issue.
52:07They're scrambling.
52:08They're doubling.
52:09They're sending extra defensive resources toward the ball, but just not accounting with that weak side help.
52:1719 three-point makes as a team.
52:19This guy's got eight of them.
52:20Gary Trent Jr. looking to tie his season high!
52:23Oh, my goodness!
52:24What a show!
52:26But Gary Trent Jr., nine three-pointers.
52:29Falling out of bounds, falling into those expensive sideline, courtside seats.
52:39This is an off-the-dribble package.
52:41Watch this.
52:41Tween, tween, tween cross.
52:44Step back, contact, bang!
52:47You can box that up.
52:49Ryan Rollins loving it.
52:50I love to see teammates like that feeling good about, you know, Gary Trent.
52:54That's when you know he's a good teammate.
52:56Nobody's hating.
52:57Yeah.
52:57You know, ain't nobody still on the bench, just like, oh, yeah, whatever.
53:02He could sniff his opportunity.
53:04Like I said, you know, he's hopped in.
53:06He's got some extra gym time, for sure, especially on the road.
53:10We talk about 40 for him.
53:12What does he get right now?
53:13He's a 36.
53:14Okay.
53:15About time for Doc to pull him out.
53:24Don't pull him out, Doc.
53:25Let him finish.
53:26He's going to have to with the two guys that have fouled out.
53:29He doesn't have a choice.
53:30He doesn't have a choice.
53:30He had eight available, Doc did, at the start of the day.
53:34Two have fouled out.
53:36A.J. and Usman.
53:37All right, give it to him.
53:38He's got it.
53:39The man with the hot hand, Gary Trent Jr.
53:41Oh, sure.
53:51Now you've got to protect the basket.
53:53Oh, okay, almost a turnover on the foul.
53:56Pass if they're going to Andre Jackson Jr.
53:58No.
53:59Yeah.
54:03He is close to foul with that.
54:04Who else is left on the pitch?
54:05Five fouls.
54:06He's got to get.
54:07Oh, he's fit.
54:08Okay.
54:08Yeah.
54:09Well, Jericho's sitting there.
54:10Okay.
54:10All right.
54:11He's available.
54:12The last, you want to take a guess on this?
54:14The last time two Bucs fouled out in the same game, how many years it's been?
54:19I mean, maybe it's been this year.
54:20I don't want to give that away.
54:23I have no idea.
54:25Last time.
54:26Sounds like a long time ago.
54:28Just throw out a number.
54:28If you think it's this year, if you think it's two years, if you think it's three years.
54:31Two Bucs have fouled out.
54:32It's been a while.
54:33Ten years.
54:352021.
54:36Okay.
54:37Giannis and Dante DiVincenzo both fouled out.
54:39The championship year.
54:41Mm-hmm.
54:42On May 5th of 2021.
54:47Poor Dante.
54:48That was the championship year where he hurt.
54:50He got that foot injury.
54:51Yeah.
54:52Yeah.
54:52Riding around on that kind of scooter.
54:54These are the kind of research stats from B.Mick and B.J.
54:58Kronis that you stay to the end of the game for.
55:06Ajax spin move.
55:08He's showing something.
55:10Well, I mean, so, and I'm pointing this out because he didn't normally do this, but this
55:16is about the second or third time he's pulled off that spin, that little floater.
55:19Yeah.
55:20It looks really good.
55:21Yeah.
55:22Like he's really been putting in the work and understanding where his, you know, what side his bread is buttered
55:27on.
55:27Get into the paint.
55:28And now don't just be a distributor.
55:30If you can score a bucket when the outlets are shut down, you make yourself more valuable.
55:3613 points for Ajax.
55:39Got his first start of the year here today.
55:43Here's Dunn.
55:43Over to Miller.
55:46I'll give credit to the Bucs.
55:48They've made it interesting in the final few minutes here of the Fours.
56:06So Melanie just alerted me that you're a fire dragon.
56:09Fire dragons are known to be intelligent, easygoing, independent.
56:13Yeah.
56:13I'm a fire dragon.
56:14I like that.
56:14Hard working and honest.
56:16Strong, independent.
56:18Not afraid to call their broadcast partner out on any.
56:23That's all true.
56:25I have a wishing.
56:26Confident, innovative, quick-witted.
56:28Though it can be impatient or moody.
56:30Oh, go on.
56:31Oh, go on.
56:31Steven is a snake.
56:33Earth snake.
56:35So there you go.
56:36Okay.
56:37Everything you wanted on this broadcast.
56:38Right.
56:39Exactly.
56:40We covered it.
56:41Some things you didn't want.
56:43All right.
56:44Hey, you know what?
56:45The Bucs showed some fight.
56:46And a brilliant performance by that guy.
56:4936 points.
56:50Gary Trent Jr., his new Bucs career high.
56:54And he tied his career high with nine three-point makes.
56:57All right.
56:57For Marcus Johnson and the rest of the Johnson family,
57:00we thank all those guys for making it fun here today.
57:03127 to 113.
57:05Our producer, Dan Keener.
57:06Russ Leonard, who's filling in in the director's chair.
57:08Thanks for helping us out, Russ.
57:10We got Bucs live here coming up next with Stephen Watson
57:13and Mr. Marcus Johnson here coming up.
