00:04I've always talked about filling holes with with your portal but always building the program
00:09through the high school ranks it's you only went to the portal for one offensive lineman what did
00:13you like about the returners despite so many starters moving on to the next level to feel
00:18confident in the guys of the development you've got there yeah I think we have size and athleticism
00:22I think coach Terry and the group that he works with over time have really proven that they're
00:26great at building a cohesive unit and we have some guys that we've recruited really well there over
00:31the last few years that we want to be able to see step up and take charge and take advantage
00:35of the
00:35opportunity all right Zach you guys announced the coaching staff a few days ago a lot of fans were
00:41excited to see the name Ryan Switzer on there what was that process like of finding him did you have
00:45a previous relationship with him you know coach Douglas and coach Samp I think they all kind of
00:49went through this this shows how young they are but they all went through like combine work or
00:53rivals camp stuff like that together so there was a little bit of that and then obviously anybody
00:58that's familiar with college football is familiar with what he was able to accomplish but I think
01:01there's a lot of things that he can add to our program with his experience as a returner
01:04right you always look to be able to add you know hats in the building that can help contribute and
01:08make your players better and he's got a lot of energy and enthusiasm he's got great experience
01:13and you know I think there's some some real value in that for us having Ryan on our staff
01:24here's my friend
