00:17:08to assist in the evacuation.

00:17:14we did encounter some debris
00:17:17that we managed to climb over
00:17:18to get to the 40th floor.
00:17:22And there was a police officer
00:17:23in that elevator saying,
00:17:26get in here, get in here,
00:17:27I'll get you out of here.
00:17:29We got down to the first floor
00:17:31and the first floor
00:17:32was just nothing but dust and stuff
00:17:34all over the place.
00:17:35It was just amazing.
00:17:36You could already see anything

00:17:43what was going on.
