02:38jumped on the bike he's getting better stronger faster each and every week he said they had another
02:43productive week in between birmingham and now and look at jordan go and that's the beauty for both the
02:48race team and jordan as they can keep improving oh it's a little sideways through the whoops right
02:54there kenny gets a great drive just to the right side of the whoops probably a bit fresher there

04:14yeah we ricky you and i were talking earlier today eli just looked a little bit off in qualifying
04:19practice he just wasn't able to put clean quick laps together and it honestly couldn't come at a worse
04:26time when you look at this point situation he comes in nine points down off a really difficult
04:31birmingham outing this is the night where he needs a bounce back performance a vintage eli win and so
04:38far ricky i'm just not quite seeing it jt i was asking a team about exactly what you were just
04:44talking
04:44about there in qualifying and they took a close look at it of course they were watching film and
04:48they did identify segment six and they said look if we compare his his uh pace throughout every other
04:54part of the track we're in good shape so they identified it and they talked about it not being
04:58a problem there were really no changes with the bike they said apart from a clicker here and there
05:03and they said we've just got to piece that together and improve in that area yeah what jt and will
05:08are
05:08saying if you just watch eli close he over jumps there but his cornering doesn't look right to me and
05:13it doesn't look as consistent it's like he can't bowl the corners and some of the flat sweeping corners
05:19it's just like not one continuous bowl or sweep around it's like he's turning two turns into one like
05:25and you can see right there he lands the bike rebounds it bounces up and the bike wants to go
05:30straight and get set up continuously turning doesn't look like he has good whoop entry speed jt remember
05:36that's what you and i were talking about after practice so uh not sure what's going on there
05:41definitely not what we've seen all season long from the two-time gym see right there yeah and they
05:48just missed the exit it's little nuances like that that we haven't seen from him all season
05:53and while we're watching the red bull ktm i want to give a shout out to aaron plessinger the cowboy
05:59is taking this weekend off not sure when we'll see him back either uh needed a break a little
06:05banged up after birmingham so aaron heal up fast i want to see you back at the track as soon
06:11as possible
06:12now jordan smith is starting to close in on justin vogel aboard that twisted tee
06:22hep suzuki and the triumph man's gonna make pretty quick work of it yeah and that rhythm lane right
06:28there you make up so much time if you're able to go off that little tabletop over the single but

06:33is high risk why because that single after the tabletop is huge and if you clip that if you come
06:39up just too short you are taking a trip over the handlebars this guy no surprise sunny's way home
06:47what a great way to return after missing three races pretty sore too it was a nasty crash
06:53that training crash practice crash but chase sexton's back he looked good this morning and he's
06:59continuing it and it wouldn't surprise anybody if he came back and won the main event the anaheim
07:04two winner gets his detroit campaign off to the best possible start ahead of ken roxson
