Former Education Minister Dr. Nyan Gadsby-Dolly confirms to TV6 NEWS, that despite a Committee being appointed back in December 2021 to review and recommend changes to the Secondary Entrance Assessment and the Concordat, there has been no definitive recommendation so far.

00:00The committee did submit their report. The first committee was formally to the Office of the Prime Minister, so the
00:05report went directly there.
00:07So I would have seen the report and submitted it to the Office of the Prime Minister.
00:11And the findings of the report were used in the formulation of the Education Policy Credit when they created 27.
00:20Basically, what was outlined is that the SEA, there was no clear consensus to remove what you did in the
00:26SEA.
00:26And this has been happening over and over. And what would have happened is that we would have looked at
00:31what recommendations they made for improvement of schools and used that in the report.
