00:00Boiler up, people, why?
00:01A 79-77 victory over Texas.
00:04The first four, Joe, to the final four, Dream,
00:07goes up in smoke in a close game.
00:08But Purdue, behind Kauffman-Renn's 20-8,
00:11they move on, a two-point victory for the Boilermakers.
00:15Yeah, I mean, listen, I give Sean Mellon,
00:17I give Texas a lot of credit, Donnie.
00:19They were in that game the entire way.
00:22In fact, it was back and forth.
00:25I think we had 16 or 17 lead changes in that game.
00:28It was one of the most entertaining games that we saw.
00:31And then, ultimately, we don't get the kind of experience
00:35with the players on Purdue.
00:37We were talking about it, Donnie, before the show,
00:40remembering back in the days when guys played four years
00:42with one another, right?
00:44Well, you know, there's a lot of guys on Purdue
00:46that were very, that understood what the Sweet 16, the Elite,
00:51they had been there and done this before.
00:53And boy, the big man ends up saving them with the putback
00:57as time was running out to get it done for Purdue.
01:00And that's experience, because it didn't look like
01:03Purdue was a fish out of water.
01:05It didn't look like the moment was too big for them.
01:07Might have been a little too big there for Texas
01:09that was happy just to be there.
