The Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers' Association welcomed its new Board of Directors today, headed by Emil Ramkissoon, one of the youngest Presidents to lead the Association! Ramkissoon first joined the board at the age of twenty-five back in 2020, and was subsequently elected as Vice-President. However the newly-elected President notes, age is just a number.

00:00Today marks the 70th AGM and anniversary of the TTMA, and I am proud to represent each and every one
00:07of you in this distinguished capacity and well-established milestone.
00:14Trust me, this was no easy task to accept, especially in the light of the fact that there has been
00:20a lot of chatter about best fit for leadership of the TTMA,
00:23and having served previously as your Vice President for the last four terms and representing TTMA on two state boards,
00:31my experience, expertise and deliverables speak for itself.
00:36Age is just the tip of the iceberg, and in my experience, performance beats old talk.
