00:05about getting young coaches in here and developing them and giving opportunities
00:08Cameron and Koha are two guys that have been behind the scenes last three or four years and
00:12are elevated up what did you like about them and kind of just their their roles now with this
00:17this program and their positions yeah titles might adjust a little bit but you know coach
00:21Iragi I mean he coached our edge last year right Koha coached our quarterback last year so it might
00:26look different on paper to somebody outside looking in but those guys were very involved
00:30in what we do day-to-day operationally last year and they've earned the opportunity to continue to
00:35elevate not easy to replace someone like Dylan Thienemann obviously it's a nice benefit to be
00:42able to go in the portal and get someone like Koha or Koi in what have you seen from him
00:46so far this
00:47offseason and kind of how he's taking a spot in that in that room it was football serious right
00:51you'll start there the guy's infatuated with ball you know that's that stuck out even when he came
00:56on his visit here you know he wasn't really interested in seeing where he's going to live
00:58or what that looks like he's ready to watch some film so I think that carries over and very very
01:03similar you know to the standpoint of how Dylan operated and what he wanted to create while he
01:08was here
