00:00:39Scotty Barnes said they are flushing what happened last night and moving forward.
00:00:43But they'll have to do it without two starters.
00:00:45Jakob Pertl will not be in the lineup.
00:00:47He hasn't played both ends of a back-to-back since games three and four of this season.
00:00:52Same goes for Manuel Quickly who is not in.
00:00:54Dealing with some plantar fasciitis that was really bugging him in the second quarter of last night's game.
00:00:59So, starting lineup additions.
00:01:01Jamal Shedd and Sandra Malmokalashvili will tag in.
00:01:05But, big-time pressure as just half the game separates them from Atlanta and Philly.
00:01:09Twelve games to go.
00:01:10So, a more inspired approach.

00:01:14It certainly helps to have CMB back in the mix with more.

00:01:18And, no doubt, Danielle, last time that Colin Murray Boyles played was against the San Antonio Spurs, February the 25th.
00:01:26Dealing with a left thumb injury.
00:01:29And, that's an injury that probably is going to plague him for the remainder of the regular season and into
00:01:35the postseason for the Toronto Raptors.
00:01:41So, when you're dealing with something like that and you haven't played and you know that it's feeling a little
00:01:46bit better, how do you approach your game?
00:01:49You know, it's tough because of the injury.
00:01:51But, when you're CMB, you've got to think about it.
00:01:54You just be yourself.
00:01:55You don't have to come in there and make shots and make plays.
00:01:58You come in there and have to hustle plays.
00:02:00And, that's going to help you get right back into the rhythm.
00:02:02What he does exceptionally is he gives his team versatility on the defensive end.
00:02:07He can switch.
00:02:08He can guard the—he can defend the guards.
00:02:10He can also defend the paint.
00:02:12So, when you're talking about CMBs, he's a great added feature to this team.
00:02:17Offensively, that will come as well.
00:02:20But, right now, just be who you are.
00:02:21Be that spark.
00:02:22But, I'm still excited.
00:02:24My mouth is watering for when this entire team is together.
00:02:27When I see CMB, along with Fertle, when I see Sandro, you've got three guys.
00:02:31You've got a rotation.
00:02:32You've got different lineups.
00:02:33You've got a spacer.
00:02:34You've got so many things that bring so much to team versatility.
00:02:37So, you can feel my excitement.

00:03:23The Raptors are trying to bounce back from a poor performance last night.
00:03:27Well, that's just going to put a lot on Scottie Barnes, a lot on R.J. Barrett to kind of
00:03:31lead this team into this battle and set the tone.
00:03:34But there's a lot of opportunities for guys with that many people out of the roster.
00:03:38It's bad news, no Brandon Ingram, your best one-on-one offensive scorer.
00:03:43The good news is the Jazz stink at defense.
00:03:46So, if there was a game where you could hopefully get by without his offensive talent,
00:03:51this would be the game provided you play with pace, you execute on offense, you move the ball, switch sides
00:03:58of the court.
00:03:59The Jazz will break down, and then you can take advantage.
00:04:01Jacoby Walter, we get word, will start in place of Brandon Ingram, wild-looking starting lineup.
00:04:06And then on the bench, now Markel Fultz, who already played today for the Raptors' 905 sherm, 28 years old.
00:04:12It was a low-risk gamble, and now maybe it pays off just having another point guard body without IQ.
00:04:17Yeah, with his journey, you've got to believe that he's appreciating this opportunity to get back in the NBA and
00:04:22prove himself again.
00:04:23This was the first overall pick.
00:04:25Had some injuries, had some years that he didn't perform at a level that he wanted to.
00:04:29I commend this guy's resilience and determination to get back to the league, and now he's got a great opportunity.

00:05:28But this is a kid who can shoot the ball.
00:05:30He's athletic.
00:05:31I love the foundational build that he has, but, Matt, his ceiling is very high.
00:05:36This situation is a dream come true for Ace Bailey, in my opinion.
00:05:40This guy is a scorer.
00:05:42He's looking to get buckets.
00:05:44And you look at the Jazz and how many people and important players they're sitting,
00:05:49he has the green light.
00:05:51He took 14 threes last game, 19 three-point attempts the game before that.
00:05:55He's going to be letting it rip.
00:05:57Raps going to be ready.
00:05:58Well, the Raps are undermanned, to say the least.
