A senior police officer recorded on facebook in a custody dispute with a junior police officer is seeking to clear the air on what transpired.
According to Superintendent Niam Gyan, there was no breach of the Custody Order, but he tells us there was breach of a Protection Order, for which a police report is being made.
Alicia Boucher has the details.

00:00Everybody look what is going on here. Superintendent Gyan has my children and there's a custody order where my children
00:07are supposed to be with me at 8 a.m. I want my children, sir.
00:12Another police officer is seen intervening between the officer making the allegations and the superintendent inside of the vehicle, along
00:19with his partner, who is the mother of the children.
00:23TV6 News contacted Assistant Superintendent of Police, Nayam Gyan, concerning the Facebook video recorded by Junior Police Officer Roel Achaibar
00:32and the allegations being made.
00:35ASP Gyan says there is a custody order in place for which the children are picked up by their mother
00:41at a police station every Thursday and are dropped off to school on Monday mornings.
00:46However, when the incident occurred, the children were not scheduled to attend school and were told that there is no
00:53specific time on the order as to when they are to be dropped off.
00:57The parties were escorted to the police station where the matter was dealt with and the children were returned to
01:02Achaibar later on in the day.
01:05However, ASP Gyan is concerned as he tells us his partner has a protection order against Achaibar, who he claims
01:13has breached the order a few times prior.
01:16He has been bullying the deal, right? He has been making some very distasteful remarks for the past year and
01:29something.
01:30And he just used that life as a avenue to bully him because there is a protection order in place.
01:39He's not telling a little one that he has reached the order three times, but this morning will be four
01:44times.
01:45The ASP states that the order prohibits acts of harassment as well as abusive and threatening language.
01:51At the time of our interview, the couple was in the process of filing a police report.
