01:38I don't know how you describe him
01:40A foppish, debauched ruin of a rake of a piratical libertine
01:47I wouldn't call him immoral so much as amor
01:49He has no morality whatsoever
01:51He doesn't even have a concept of morality
01:53These pitiful men are not a patch on my old bloodstone pirates

02:41Because it's another sort of form of storytelling

03:35He's a very genuine, kind man

04:37And sort of became this sort of, you know
04:39The guy he wanted to be
04:40Ow!
04:41It's like being hit by a frozen sock
04:44I play Jasper
04:45Who is the butler
04:48At the royal palace
04:49And he was originally
04:51Butler to the king
04:52Who's gone all wrong
04:53And now he is
04:54The great and faithful
04:56And loyal attendant
04:58On the young fellow
05:00Who's going to become the hero
05:01Or the young girl
05:02Who's going to become the hero
05:03You've a new mask
05:05An exciting mix of daring and dashing
05:07A bit like my first cat, Simon
05:09I think people often wonder
05:11Whether an actor
05:13Is using himself in the character
05:16And I think the answer is
05:17To some extent he has to
05:19One of the things that's missing
05:21From a lot of video games
05:23Is good writing and good voice work
05:26I mean they require that
05:27It's just because they're video games
05:28Doesn't mean they don't require the same attention
05:30That movies do
05:31Or television or what have you
05:32And I think this one
05:33Has a wonderful mythology
05:35And it's witty
05:36And it's engrossing
05:37And it demands to have people
05:39That can step up to the plate
05:41This is revolutionary for me
05:43It has to become part of the actor's vocabulary
05:46We have to join in
05:50Or perish
05:55Okay, you're ready?
