00:41So we didn't have kids together, but I have an adult son, 27 years old.

00:47We're actually both from the East Coast.
00:49I grew up directly on the ocean.
00:51The ocean has always been a part of my life.
00:54My parents were avid boaters,
00:55and I feel like I introduced Ryan into the boating lifestyle.
00:59I love knowing that after a really long, hard day's work,
01:02I can go to the ocean.
01:04I feel like it's my therapy.
01:06Being that close to the ocean really means a lot to me.
01:09Usually it takes us a long time to come up with something concrete that we both agree on.
01:15And oceanfront living is something that we agreed on pretty much from the very beginning of our relationship.
01:23So we were just thinking one day, we've got to do something for ourselves.
01:27So we bought a boat and we downsized our house and we moved closer to the Mahone Bay area.
01:33It was very difficult at that time to find something within our budget.
01:37So we decided let's just focus on our boat, enjoy the ocean that way,
01:43and we'll skimp on exactly what we were getting with our home.
01:47So now we're ready to find that oceanfront property.
01:52Wishlist for the new house would definitely be close proximity to the ocean.
01:57So that we're able to walk down to the boat whenever we want.

02:03We're really looking for a house that has two to three bedrooms.
02:06It would be nice to have a really large closet space.

02:10We have two collections.
02:11We have my oddities and we have Brian's whiskey collection.
02:15We definitely need to have a spot where we can showcase these items in our new home.

19:06The biggest problem for me right now is the fact that we can't even put a dock there if we

19:12But there are two marinas. This is one of them close by.
19:16The exterior of the home just screams Heritage Home, and I love that.

19:23So are we still under budget when all of those things are accounted for?

20:43The last 10 years, we've been boating here in Mahone Bay.
20:47And now we finally actually leave our boat in Mahone Bay and we can enjoy it anytime we want.
