00:08another story we're following closely a mother watches on her nanny camp to see
00:13her special needs child allegedly being abused by the nurse who was hired to
00:16care for him and all of this unfolding as she and her husband are miles away

00:25is very difficult to watch terrifying moments on board an AirAsia X flight
00:31it was just about an hour into the journey from Perth Australia to Kuala Lumpur when
00:35passengers heard a bang and then that was followed by violent shaky continued for
00:40the nearly two hours it took for the plane to return to the airport and the pilot
00:45even asking passengers to pray not once but twice
00:50first of all the good news is they landed safely obviously but when we are told
00:55that the pilot gets on and he base and he doesn't basically say he does say okay
00:59now it's time for you to pray that's the last thing I want to hear if I'm in that
01:02account Erica falls within the parameters programmed my pleasure Republican
01:08senators nervously waiting for the nonpartisan review of their health care
01:13bill at this hour the part of President Trump's travel ban to go into effect
01:16before it hears arguments in the case in October that announcement came today this
01:21is course the last day of the court's term before summer recess the city
01:24captivated this country a little girl so that was actually a different piece of
01:28video that was part of an evidence dump that was released after the trial that
01:32of course was a dash cam video but it still begs the question as you can hear
01:37what's happening the aftermath there it is not the Facebook live video that was
01:40ultimately broadcast but when you lose a loved one in a high-profile case like
01:44this how do you come to terms on a settlement former prosecutor and criminal
01:48it all comes down to the question of how do you begin to put a price on
01:51someone's life yeah when you're dealing with police brutality cases and so
01:55lootley I mean let's let's face it this guy in my opinion I'm a supporter of cops
02:00and point out and it comes just a few days after Michael Brown's family also had a
02:04settlement there's was about half though which again brings into question I mean
02:09the civil rights cases I tried typically speaking even when we had it on video
02:13they would really push settlement as opposed to a settlement like we're talking
02:16about here because Michael Brown with all due respect it was an admission of guilt
02:20but do these repeated settlements that we're seeing in these cases that are
02:24getting national attention does this does this have an impact you think on the way
02:30the community views their relationship with law enforcement absolutely and that's
02:34what those that could care less Bobby Yankee good to have you with us thank you my
