01:42while the complainants waived their rights to file a reply.
01:45Since the answer does not specifically traverse the material allegations nor provide a substantive counterversion of the facts,
01:56there is nothing for the complainants to respond to.
02:00This led the committee to proceed directly to the determination of sufficiency in grounds.
02:05Representative Luizro announced the predetermined schedules for the hearing proper on March 25, April 14, 22, and 29.
02:13Despite the House going on recess next week, impeachment proceedings will continue

02:23The respondent, Vice President Duterte, will be issued a notice to attend the hearing proper.
02:28Witnesses from both sides are also expected to appear, and the evidence will be presented for each ground.
