01:43corruption, bribery, and other high crimes.
01:46Among the allegations is the alleged assassination plot against President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., First Lady Lisa Araneta Marcos, and
01:56former House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
01:58The complainants also centered on allegations that Vice President Sara supposedly failed to fulfill, declare, certain assets in her Statement
02:07of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth, or SAL-N, as well as alleged unexplained wealth beyond her legitimate income.
02:14Representative Luistro clarified that issuing a subpoena for the bank accounts of Vice President Duterte would not violate the bank
02:21secrecy law.
02:22One of the exceptions to the bank secrecy law is impeachment proceeding.

02:36Also being cited against the Vice President is the testimony of her alleged bank man, Ramil Madriaga.
