00:00:15I will talk about the problem of Hazrat Sevban.

00:00:19Sevban was someone who had no interest in worldly possessions.

00:00:23not coveting wealth, possessions, or property in any way

00:00:27He was a kind-hearted Companion of the Prophet.

00:00:30And the greatest asset he possesses, his greatest treasure

00:00:36It was that unparalleled love he felt for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).

00:00:42But this love also harbored a sorrow.

00:00:47It was such a problem that it was wearing down the seeker of love day by day.

00:00:52His shoulders slumped, his complexion turned pale, and he had a sickly appearance.

00:00:58One day, our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to this beloved friend, Thawban:

00:01:03when you see them looking sad, withered, and mournful

00:01:09He said, "O Sevban, what is wrong with you? Why are you so sad?"

00:01:16Sevban sighed and confided his problem to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

00:01:24"O Messenger of Allah," he said, "when I am with you, I feel so happy, so reverent, and so peaceful."

00:01:32And I love you so much.

00:01:35When I leave your side, I feel like I can't breathe when I get home.

00:01:42I miss you so much.

00:01:44But my problem isn't limited to that.

00:01:47What truly brought me to this state is our situation in the afterlife.

00:01:53You are a prophet.

00:01:55You will be in that high and exalted position alongside the prophets.

00:01:59But what about me, a sinful servant?

00:02:02Where will I end up?

00:02:04"This thought, this fear of not being able to see you in the hereafter, is consuming me, O Messenger of Allah," he said.

00:02:10Our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) looked at Thawban in this state with a smile and affectionately stroked his head.

00:02:20He said, "Oh Sevban, don't worry, it's not just you, the entire Ummah will be with those they love, my Ummah will be with those they love."

00:02:30So, a person is with the one they love, he said.

00:02:34Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), who was also present in the same gathering, received this good news.

00:02:39Anas said that years later, he was filled with joy at being in that gathering, and that after we became Muslims, we heard the words of our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)...

00:02:52We have never rejoiced so much at the promise that you will be together with the one you love.

00:02:58Loving the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is such a great virtue, but this virtue means embodying his character.

00:13:22When human needs are categorized

00:13:24Humans and other living things have one thing in common.

00:13:27These are called physiological needs, such as the need for shelter and the need for security.

00:13:32Becoming human begins when you reach the point of belonging.

00:13:35In other words, a sense of belonging, self-actualization, self-completion.

00:13:40This is an unavoidable need.

00:13:42You will be disappointed when you allocate this need to an undeserving entity.

00:13:48So, it's possible that it might hurt you, offend you, or disappoint you.

00:13:53You may not get what you want emotionally.

00:13:56It may not satisfy your heart.

00:13:58It is within this framework that people dedicate their love to all people.

00:14:04The only person who stands before us who will not disappoint us is the Prophet Muhammad.

00:14:10We will never be disappointed.

00:14:13We will not be disappointed when we dedicate our love to her.

00:14:16Because, as you already stated at the beginning, they were just a small group.

00:14:21They opened up to the world, and the light of Islam spread throughout the world with them.

00:14:24If disappointment, God forbid, came with his love

00:14:29There would be no such person as حضرت Sümeyra in history.

00:14:31There would be no Companions, no one who would come to him with their chests open.

00:14:34There were no people who, upon seeing her smile, felt they had attained all the happiness in the world.

00:14:40After the love of God, the most precious love is the love of the Prophet Muhammad.

00:14:44When you dedicate your love there, it won't go unrewarded.

00:14:48This is very important because look at the modern world right now.

00:14:53There are billions in the world broken by a lack of love.

00:14:55They bump their heads somewhere and come back.

00:14:58They're going back there, they're returning.

00:15:01They can't seem to get a response from anywhere, they can't get a full response.

00:15:04However, the Prophet Muhammad lived according to his Sunnah.

00:15:08Knowing its history and past well as well.

00:15:11By fully understanding the meaning of his existence today, and his existence among us.

00:15:15If they could dedicate their love, they would never be disappointed.

00:15:19The love felt for our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, goes beyond mere literary expression.

00:16:05Fear of turning from faith to disbelief.

00:16:09These three, he says, give a person the taste of faith.

00:16:12To love Allah and His Messenger more than anyone else.

00:16:19They say, "We would sacrifice our mothers and fathers for them."

00:16:22That's why the companions would construct the sentence.

00:16:24The second is to love for the sake of God.

00:16:30You love sincerely, wholeheartedly, for the sake of God.
