00:15लेकिन अचानक stage पर कुछ ऐसा होता है जो सब को shock कर देता है
00:19Recently social media पर एक video viral हुआ है जिसमें भूशपुरी सिंगर धननजे शर्मा stage performance के दोरान एक female
00:25dancer को उठा कर सीधा crowd की तरफ fake देते हैं
00:28वीडियो में देखा जा सकता है कि dancer भीड के बीच जाकर गिरती है और audience उसे समालने की कोशिश
00:33करते नजर आती है
00:34पीचे से एक host की आवाज भी आती है जो कहती है कि ये गलत है ये moment देखकर लोग
00:39हैरान रह गए और कुछी घंटों में ये clip इंटरनेट पर viral हो गई
00:42जैसे ही वीडियो वाइरल हुआ सोशल मीडिया पर लोगों का गुस्सा भी सामने आया
00:46कई users ने इस act को extremely dangerous और disrespectful बताया
00:50लोगों का कहना था कि stage पर काम करने वाली आर्टिस इनकी safety और dignity सबसे important होती है
00:56और किसी performer को इस तरह treat करना बिल्कुल unacceptable है
00:59इस controversy के बाद authorities ने भी इस incident को notice में लिया है
01:03और reports के मताबिक police ने इस viral video की investigation शुरू कर दी है
01:07officials अभी पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि ये incident exactly कब और कहां हुआ था
01:12और क्या इसमें किसी तरह का misconduct या negligence हुआ है
01:15लेकिन ये viral video सिर्फ एक isolated incident नहीं हो सकता
01:18इसने एक और deeper issue को highlight किया है
01:20regional state shows और orchestra performances के पीछे चल रही एक dark reality
01:24बिहार और कुछ neighboring regions में orchestra shows का culture काफी common है
01:28शादियों, local festivals और public events में dance performances, entertainment का एक regular हिस्सा बन चुके हैं
01:34लेकिन investigation, reports और legal petitions के according
01:36इन orchestra groups के अंदर कई बार exploitation और trafficking जैसे serious crimes भी चुपे होते हैं
01:42reports के मताबिक इन orchestra groups में perform करने वाली लड़कियां असल में minor भी होती हैं
01:47उन्हें job, पैसा या better life का promise दे कर यहां लाया जाता है
01:50कई बार ये लड़कियां economically weak families से आती हैं और उन्हें manipulate करना आसान होता है
01:5514-18 साल तक की girls को target करना trafficking networks के लिए relatively easy होता है
02:00और इसी vulnerability का फायदा भी उठाया जाता है
02:15पुलिस rates के दौरान भी कई shocking facts सामने आते हैं
02:17बिहार पुलिस ने कुछ operations में orchestra group से minor girls को rescue किया
02:21और कुछ trafficking networks को expose भी किया था
02:24ये incidents दिखाते हैं कि कुछ cases में orchestra shows actually human trafficking और exploitation का cover बन चुके हैं
02:31इस issue की seriousness को देखते हुए judiciary ने भी concern express किये हैं
02:34एक public interest litigation के बाद पटना हाई court ने भीहार government को direction दिये थे
02:39कि orchestra और dance groups को regulate करने के लिए clear strategy बनाई जानी चाहिए
02:43court का कहना था कि अगर इन entertainment activities पर proper regulation नहीं होगा
02:47तो minus के exploitation का risk और भी बढ़ सकता है
02:50इंडिया में already strong laws exist करते हैं जो trafficking और exploitation को punish करते हैं
02:55जैसे की POXO Act, Immoral Traffic Prevention Act and Juvenile Justice Act
02:59लेकिन experts का कहना है कि challenge loss के absence नहीं बलकि उनके implementation में है
03:04कई बार cases सिर्फ missing person या kidnapping के रूप में register हो जाते हैं
03:08और trafficking का angle properly investigated नहीं होता
03:11इसी वज़े से experts और activists डिमांड कर रहे हैं कि orchestra groups का proper registration हो
03:16regular inspections हो और minors के participation पर strictly ban लगाया जाए
03:20साथी performance की safety और dignity ensure करने के लिए clear guidelines भी बनानी जरूरी है
03:25अगर आप थोड़ा गौर से देखें तो viral video जिसमें एक dancer को stage से भीड में fake दिया गया
03:30शायद सिर्फ एक shocking moment नहीं है
03:31ये एक symbol है उस system का जहां performance कासकर female dancers को कभी कभी respect और safety के बिना
03:37ही treat किया जाता है
03:38entertainment industry का एक हिस्सा all be unorganized है जहा accountability and regulation की कमी दसर आती है
03:44और यही वज़ा है कि पूरा issue सिर्फ एक viral clip तक limited नहीं रहना चाहिए
03:48ये एक reminder है कि stage पर दिखने वाले glamorous performances के पीछे कई बार exploitation की कहानी भी हो
03:55सकती है
03:55शायद इस controversy का सबसे बड़ा lesson भी यही है
03:58entertainment कभी भी किसी के dignity, safety और basic human rights से बड़ा नहीं हो सकता
04:03और जब तक system में transparency और accountability नहीं आती
04:06तब तक ऐसे incidents social media पर viral होते रहेंगे
