00:04you're watching discovery on demand coming up on this episode of orange county choppers
00:11original joe and brian from serve and protect jake paul and myself a call
00:16they wanted to talk about a bike imperative that we get this message out
00:27what's up paul got a problem we just want to make sure we don't have any issues
01:08so in typical occ fashion we just finished the bike and we've got to start on the next one already
01:12it's joe and brian from serve and protect jake paul and myself a call they wanted to talk about a
01:17bike
01:17what we could do what our visions were what their vision were and how we can make it happen to
01:22tell
01:22their story about move over and serve and protect so as you know in the state of florida we have
01:26the
01:26move over law it is imperative that we get this message out and it's distracted driving and not
01:35really paying attention teenagers the number one thing that's happened between 15 and 19
01:41is because of cell phones wow and rather they're getting killed or they're hitting somebody you guys
01:47worked hard on this one you believe in it well obviously it's a it's a big mission for us
01:53that uh we get this word out but uh we're really grateful that you're all letting us have an
01:58opportunity like this a very important thing for us to get this message out there this is near and dear
02:04to all of us well that's it where you took your driver's course you know you knew you knew all
02:08these
02:08things but 20 years later you forget these little things which aren't little they're easy to forget but
02:13they have big impacts and and i think we'll get the story out there and the website you know the
02:17florida highway safety website talks about the move over law and that's where i learned a lot
02:21after meeting with you guys it's a great website a great resource but it's putting together as the
02:25face and the amenity of the officers or the people on the side of the road whether it be first
02:29responders or or like you said it's just somebody changing the tire it's it's we're excited about
02:34this actually it's got a lot of personal attachments for us i think we need to get this message out
02:39for many reasons along those lines this is our cup of tea could not be more elated on the direction
02:45this is going absolutely wonderful people even if you have to wait till somebody moves over you should
02:53pay attention because people are not paying attention then people die i have a tremendous
02:58amount of family in law enforcement so to me it's pretty innate you see flashing lights you want to get
03:05away from that i mean it just seems like a normal reaction to me i think it's going to be
03:09a great
03:10build because we can get the message out there it's not hey guys you know this is another thing that
03:15you
03:15have to do it's just hey someone's life depends on you actually moving over i thought that because you
03:23know cop cars fast and that we make a bike that looked a little bit more like it uh like
03:29a go fast bike
03:30i guess you know when i wanted to do something short we put the the new uh m8 motor in
03:35there with the
03:36with a magneto so to me it looked like it would go fast today we're working on a new uh
03:42m8 frame for
03:43paul it's going to be uh stock dimensions uh it's going to be a rigid 160 tire so the same
03:51thing as the
03:52last one we just did for him a single down tube but a lot stubbier a lot more tight compact
03:57frame
04:04so now i just need to creep that in and get that cope on there
04:14so we're just about to build the top motor mount right now we're going to cut this piece
04:17and then we're going to bend it and cope it tack it in place
04:24just like that now we're going to bend it so we're going to get that angle right there
04:39okay now we got the back part of the top motor mount so today we're going to start on
04:44the move over bike it's not it this one's a little bit different this is more of a low profile
04:50speedy
04:50looking type of bike but we're going to get it going we have the m8 motor in here again with
04:55the
04:55six speed we got the wheels in from smt today excited about that so we pretty much got enough
05:01here today i think jew's going to start building the handlebars and the exhaust uh and then me and
05:07uh jim going to start lining up the rear spacing out the rear tire and uh go from there
05:15now we're going to be doing like a police bike and uh trying to get a head start on kind
05:20of making
05:20the exhaust parts and the handlebars so i've already kind of started on that and then uh you know me
05:25jim and paul will kind of like bounce ideas off each other and see what we're going to do
05:33i'm going to pick it pick this up come in here and slide this up
05:47okay
05:48okay
06:13you see is that what you did here bro looks good yeah no i'm gonna put some more radius in
06:17it but
06:18you know what i'm saying i just didn't want to overdo it so i'm gonna go slow you like it
06:22i do
06:23you think these are too close together you're like that's perfect no i think it's gonna look
06:27good right in the center yeah it still gives you meat to do graphics or whatever you could do like
06:31uh standoffs on them too bring it up you don't have a huge something yeah and then we want to
06:36come again we're going to come down in the center yeah we'll do a strap this way to it
06:41while we're having another do it yeah
06:57you said you wanted like the horn style bars like that's it so they're they're gonna be like that
07:02you know like if they're riserless they're gonna look just like this
07:05but they got to come back further what the the pipe well this is going to be like this right
07:13yeah he could i don't know these are not looking like those bars coming in this morning wasn't
07:19really sure how things were going to go there's only the three of us paul senior myself and drew
07:22um that's a lot to fab a bike from scratch in the little amount of time we have the bikes
07:28coming
07:28along great we're actually farther ahead than i thought we were going to be the rims came in from
07:32smt they look amazing all the metal work drew's working on is looking great all the pre-fitting
07:37and stuff that paul and i have been working on so it's all coming together and i think once it
07:41goes
07:41out to peyton patterco and comes back for final assembly we're going to knock it out you've been
07:45paying attention in there we don't yeah going only watching the youtube videos i don't know i mean
07:50this is all my youtube stuff all right so right now i'm still working on that uh you know the
07:59the
07:59luggage rack on this fender right now and uh right now i'm trying to uh get the radius i need
08:05to uh tie that in so i can weld it to this uh support bracket that i made earlier this
08:10morning
08:10well if i'm not done then i'm going to be hearing it from paul that's the last thing i need
08:14so he's already been busting my chops enough around here you know what i mean so i'm trying
08:19to uh earn my keep you know what i mean so uh i'll make it happen though this 90 radius
08:25of the pipe
08:25around it so i can use that um so i'm trying to set this thing up it's been sliding on
08:35me a little bit
08:35but i'm just making a little fixture that could bend this try to get these bends that i need
08:46yeah so that's kind of like the general idea of what i'm going for
08:50but i'm going to wait until uh paul gets back from the shop before i start welding stuff because
08:54he might want to change it yeah the goal for today is to get everything at least like built
08:59tacked together and then i can go back and do the final welding get paul and jim's approval on it
09:05and uh that's kind of my goal right now so that's why i wanted to you know quit working on
09:10the
09:10the fender because i pretty much got that figured out but i'm not sure if paul's going to change his
09:14mind and then just kind of get going on the pipe so i can figure out what i got to
09:18cut because that's
09:19the most time consuming thing is figuring out the bins cutting it all and then uh you know once you
09:25weld it all together you're smooth sailing from there so right now i'm just gonna uh get going on
09:30the exhaust pipes me and paul kind of been talking about before um so i'm just prepping all my tubes
09:36and stuff i'm going to be using a mandible bent tubing uh it's going to be a two inch diander
09:41so uh these pipes are going to be really nice and uh they're going to sound really good once i'm
09:45done
09:45world them up
09:51that looks good okay right yeah yeah that i just wanted to see what you thought
09:57yeah yeah poke all over here and just do just like that i like it
10:03all right so i do another 90 here and i kick this one out like that and say that this
10:08this part's
10:08straight and then i can take a another 90 and kind of loop it around that pipe like that you
10:14know
10:14that looks good yeah kind of do like a swirl
10:17do it i don't know i think it would be cool you know what i mean stand out
10:23i think that this this here will look good just coming into here
10:27yeah and bulking it right yeah maybe just weld it to the strutter
10:33yeah and then it's going to be one piece and it's not yeah this whole this whole thing
10:38just by flapping by itself might be dangerous you know yeah
10:43yeah i'm not out of it i think that looks good i do too i like it
10:47yeah because that's too tall but i was thinking if we cut them
10:52and pull them in like that that look pretty cool yes that's about the height too
10:59you know what i mean yeah something like that and then that's a height too
11:15all right so i finally uh finished welding up the exhaust it took all day to do that
11:19and uh but i'm happy with it and the last thing i need to do is just uh make some
11:24exhaust hangers
11:24for it and then i can finish you know doing the final welding on it i like the exhaust brother
11:29that does look good thanks man better yeah i think that'll uh you've been paying attention
11:34in there but don't you yeah going along and watching the youtube videos right
11:38i don't know i mean this is all my youtube stuff
11:43looks good to me man i mean you're really comfortable you know
11:47yeah your arms are got a nice bend to them i mean you're not way out
12:03just trying to figure out how to put the license plate on here with the brake brake light so i'm
12:09just going to take a current mount we have hack it down the side here get drew to weld it
12:13on once
12:14we place it and then we'll be able to put the brake and the license plate right there
12:19be nice and clean won't take any space up on the fender to hide any of the work drew did
12:24with that
12:25and we can just put the directionals on the side on the downward straps that he made and should look
12:51today we got to pretty much just finish up the bracket on the rear fender uh which is very
12:56little the welds in the brackets for the exhaust for the gas tank uh which looks really good we
13:03got to mount the front fender caliper center out the wheel uh make the spacers uh we have to do
13:09a
13:10motor mount and i'm sure there's a few other things but i think hopefully by the end of the day
13:15we'll
13:15be uh close to being there you want to cut the tire yeah let's center to the tire and put
13:20the caliper
13:24one and a half to the inside of the tube
13:34all right
13:34paul and jim are working on the front fender right now we'll probably end up cutting that
13:38they're uh making some spacers and stuff like that on our lathe i think we're doing really well i think
13:43i'll have most of the stuff done today as far as fabrication i think we're on schedule i think
13:47we're looking good all right spike all right so we're good what what what did what did you just have
13:55one thick and one one thick and one thing thank god it was gold but i hate you know when
14:00you got to
14:00go the other way then you're going to mess with the space road rotors now
14:07just bend it down to hit the frame and be done with it then it's going to be it's going
14:13to sit just
14:14like this nothing will change it's just you don't have a space there give me one second give me one
14:19second neither
14:22though so it sits flat because
14:28i mean it's right on the frame right yeah then we'll have a little bit a gap but i've been
14:34trying
14:34to do a better job of just listen to what he's got to say you know because he's got you
14:39know 30
14:39plus years of experience and he's been in this industry a long time so uh he's definitely been
14:43helping me out as well as jim and stuff like that kind of showing me the ropes and uh i'm
14:48getting
14:48better at building bikes in four days
15:11more than likely should be an easy fix though yeah hello hello how are you
15:20good how are you i'm good casey serves us lunch pretty much every day so that's
15:25that's how i got to know her and she does a lot of nice artwork and then you know we
15:29started talking
15:30a little bit about and you know what i would think would be cool i'd like to do the garage
15:34door
15:34i love graffiti you know okay or or anything like it um so i'm open for suggestions um okay spray
15:44paint's a little bit easier when you're working with like ridge surfaces and stuff it's not as bad
15:49as i was expecting it's not too deep yeah i don't know you keep saying that wall
15:54well i mean i i i wouldn't mind getting my ugly mug out of there me either sick of looking
15:59at it you
16:00know i mean i i like it but i think that would be a good spot yeah and he was
16:05saying you kind of
16:05wanted to throw like the logo in it a little bit and i feel like that would be a good
16:09space yeah i'm
16:11good with it all right good sounds good cool thanks for coming over of course other than that tab
16:16paul wanted to drop it down because it was sticking up too much so uh that took a lot longer
16:20to kind of you know surgically cut that thing out without messing up the tunnel and uh but i was
16:26able
16:26to pull it off and uh i'll finish welding it tomorrow we were lost last night when you left yeah
16:31i'm sure
16:31you were huddled in the corner hump you're going i hope he comes back i hope he comes back
16:38so hopefully today's the last day on the move over bike uh we still got a lot to do but
16:42we've got a lot
16:43done it's just drew paul and myself so again with three of us doing this from start to finish in
16:48in
16:48the short amount of time that we're doing it it's tough uh but i think we'll knock it out let's
16:53get
16:53in there i wanted it look more drag so you know i seen a pair of bars that drew had
16:58made on his
16:59instagram and i said man those bars really look good on that bike so we built those bars right now
17:06i'm
17:06doing uh i'm measuring what they call the pullback angle of the uh handlebar so i'm trying to match
17:1410 inches of pullback from the welding table on both sides make sure that they're even because
17:21earlier it kind of just had this tacked together so one of the pipes was down so i had to
17:25you know
17:25get them level it out and make sure that they're the same so then i wanted to change since i
17:30changed
17:30the angle of where these were welded going out this way i wanted to make sure that the pullback was
17:35the
17:35same since i changed that so just put some gas in the bike uh leo's going to be coming over
17:55in a
17:55few minutes to pick it up to bring it over to the roadhouse for an autism awareness event they're
17:59doing there so everybody can see it check it out and hopefully learn some more and start
18:03conversations about autism and what they can do and more about it yeah so leo stopped by pick up the
18:09autism bike and uh what we're having over here today we're having uh he's having our autism awareness
18:15going on today's a bunch of trucks actually there's a lot of people there it's early in the morning so
18:19the tool's working so we'll probably a little bit later this afternoon uh take a walk over there
18:25support a little bit and maybe have some fun
18:29so we'll just kind of mount them so we don't have to mess with that other thing well we could
18:54i'd say yeah we sent it on the left to there
19:13uh we're good it's one seat done i was pretty cool with oh no amazing amazing jim and i gonna
19:20head
19:21over there to the tent see what's going on and uh we're gonna leave drew uh we're gonna leave drew
19:27here
19:27working by himself for a little while
20:02so we've been working with talon from cq powder coating uh for a while now he's amazing he always
20:07pulls through and the move over bike was no exception so he came over with some sample colors
20:12that we were looking for paul had an idea of what colors he wanted to kind of an off tan
20:16a khaki color
20:17talon showed us some samples they were perfect for what we were looking for high gloss finish so i
20:22mean it's gonna it's gonna look good all right good seeing you we'll be talking see you paul all right
20:28thank you call me if you need something okay
20:40does that allow you to move this yeah it sure does okay i think that's why i was so here's
20:45what we're
20:45gonna do all right okay we're gonna do we're gonna attack a piece up here for now right get the
20:53fender
20:53centered yeah okay and then we're gonna roll a couple struts you could run off of here right with
21:00a bracket you follow i'm saying yeah and then just come back like that you just want a round rod
21:04yeah
21:05we'll take a piece of round bar okay and we'll roll it nice you know what i'm saying and almost
21:10follow
21:10that just boom okay because you can do the struts try not to come off right all right again all
21:20right
21:21second time's the charm you know that's what they say right third oh it is the third we're not going
21:25that right no i was i stopped it too i'm not going there all right uh you want to know
21:31what's going on
21:32here uh drama um you you know what you just we're just moving around stuff too many times and um
21:40i i
21:42think not making excuses but the hub threw us off center the tire with the spaces in there and lock
21:47it
21:47up and then we center the fender but seeing that we we really we really should have centered the fender
21:55no matter what and putting the spaces in there we didn't do that so the tire kept moving around
22:00and if we didn't get the right center on the fender so i can't leave it like that um if
22:08it's not done
22:09right i'm not going to do it at all going to the riding academy was a lot of fun it's
22:14good to freshen
22:15up sort of your skills it's a nice refresher mikey yes i don't think you can wear that on the
22:20course
22:21man no i can't no i think you should come with me need to get official let's go let's go
22:25where you
22:26go mikey see you later we can't have him hurt himself out there we're all experienced riders
22:30except for jim what do we got for sizes here cool two xl is that what you need two xl
22:38or an xl
22:39two i like the little room probably not right i can loosen it how's it feel oh yeah loosen all
22:46right
22:47i think we'll get away with it well mike it's a whole new look goes with the shorts cool now
22:52man
22:55look at my beetlejuice pants my name is mark gunther i'm a rider coach here at birds barracuda riding
23:02academy uh and the dealership at birds barracuda harley-davidson we're going to do some classwork
23:07inside and then we'll come out here and also do the riding portion of the course what uh what are
23:14you doing when you're riding through a curve and you're searching through what are you looking for road
23:20set up what do you think setup means slowing down a little bit slowing down is number one
23:25that move over law is very very important for not only your safety but also their safety what we've
23:31got here is we have what we call fatal vision goggles okay this simulates you being over the limit
23:36this will kind of knock your socks off a little bit shut up mike
23:45all right this is what you guys you want ride on today i like that bike man yeah yeah
23:51yeah it's a great set this way gonna follow strict guidelines rules regulations pop you're not special
23:58here i know i want to call us the uh 0.01 percenters all right we're like we're the creme
24:07de la creme
24:08of scummy biker track okay you guys go ahead and start your bikes up okay
24:31what'd you learn i for me it was the support from my wife and mikey
24:37that carried me through the course here and uh jim is jim's he's too sexy you know what i actually
24:45learned a lot today to be honest like i you know you think that you've been riding so long that
24:50you
24:50know i know how to ride but it's interesting that you forget some of the basics seeing mikey today in
24:56pants harley boots uh long sleeve shirt was just worth doing the course to be honest
25:03now that the move over bike is done from powder coating it's gonna kind of like be all hands on
25:08deck
25:08because a couple delays and stuff like that but we're gonna bring in mikey and al uh we got christian
25:14and um when we get it done
25:27and we're gonna make it done
25:27we're gonna make it happen
25:27i'm
25:28and
25:55So, uh, first day on assembling,
25:58uh, the move over biking, uh, you know what?
26:01Things, things went great.
26:03I mean, if you're an eighth of an inch,
26:04which we want a little more.
26:06You go back this way, now you're gonna have to start,
26:07you're gonna start running the problems here, too, though.
26:12You know, as, as always, when I say things are going pretty smooth,
26:16something seems to go wrong.
26:18And right now, um, we're having a big issue with the sprocket.
26:22Hey, Anthony.
26:24What's up, Paul?
26:24We got a problem.
26:26What's up?
26:27Uh, so, the sprocket, transmission sprocket
26:32is, is the transmission sprocket
26:35is lined up with the inside of the rear of the frame.
26:42The sprocket on the trans, right?
26:44Yeah.
26:45If you go to put, uh, a chain on it, right?
26:49Yeah.
26:49The sprocket's sticking out past the inside of the frame.
26:55So, in other words...
26:56What size sprocket do you got on there?
26:58The same one I had before, just, just, you know.
27:01Well, it should be a little bit narrower because that frame is smaller than the other one.
27:04The tire's a little bit smaller.
27:06Right, but it can't, it should not be, it can't be off that much, you know.
27:10All right.
27:11All right, I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll send that over to you, Anthony, and I'll, I'll take a little
27:16bit more measurements here, you know.
27:22And then I'll call you back.
27:24So, really, all you need to do is clear the frame, right, Al?
27:27I mean, if you're an eighth of an inch, which we want a little more.
27:30Before you go back this way, now you're gonna have to start, you're gonna start running the
27:33problems here, too, though.
27:34You only have not even a quarter of an inch.
27:38Whatever you can get out of this with Anthony's mill machine or whatever,
27:43that's what I would say to Anthony.
27:44Whatever you feel is safe, you can get off and out without, and then we'll compensate
27:49on this side with the nut, whatever spacer we need.
27:52Yeah, I have spacers for that.
27:54That's what you got.
27:55That's the easiest way out.
27:56I'll cut it off, whatever you want me to cut off the back, and then I'll make the spacer
28:00from the front of the scene whenever I take off.
28:02I'll send them right over there, all right, Anthony?
28:05Thanks, Anthony.
28:07You know, I went over to Anthony's with the sprocket, and he had to machine down the back of it,
28:12I think, to make it a little less withy, and, you know, I just kind of assisted him for a
28:20little bit,
28:21breathing down his neck a little bit, you know, trying to keep the delegator going,
28:25the job, you know, the responsibilities, and I think it worked out okay.
28:30What bike was that? You doing 90 miles an hour on a wheelie?
28:33ZX9.
28:34Alan Bates, I work, I'm a Sandhog local, 147 New York City.
28:39We make, uh, dig all the tunnels for, for anything in Manhattan.
28:43Tell them that story.
28:44Piped and jetted, doing the wheelie.
28:4790 miles an hour, I set it down, my buddy come across, clipped my front wheel, and I went gone.
28:53Hit a street sign, crossed my back, and snapped the sign.
28:59The doctor said, he goes, you're lucky you're going that quick, because it would have broke my back.
29:03Sign had no chance. I was, I was up for a couple months.
29:07Only a couple months?
29:09Yeah.
29:10You break some bones?
29:11How old were you?
29:11No, I didn't break a thing. I got up and rolled the bike away.
29:14That was last year.
29:16Last week.
29:17Actually, no.
29:20And the caliber looks pretty.
29:22Yeah, you did.
29:23Now it's out there.
29:26Yeah, yeah.
29:32Flip hitting the top of motor, the front of motor, this.
29:36Because this normally goes into an oil cooler.
29:39Okay.
29:40We're bypassing that and it goes directly back in there.
29:42And then nearer.
29:43We're coming along a little better now.
29:45Hopefully, we'll get to the point where we can just get past these issues and just move forward.
30:00Spacer on it. Transition in there.
30:04Is it going through?
30:05Part numbers.
30:06Correct.
30:06To keep it separate for the image.
30:08You know what I mean?
30:08Right.
30:13Is that what this wire here is for?
30:15It's for the mag probably?
30:16Mag kill.
30:17Yeah.
30:17Okay.
30:17So we're good.
30:18The second time we're running the M8 motor.
30:21First one was, you know, there's a few trials and tribulations, of course, a couple learning curves.
30:30So we came up with this.
30:32This is a 3D printed plastic one.
30:34Took several revisions to get to even, to get to this.
30:37And so this will allow you to bolt right in place of the stock adapter or the stock intake.
30:44And it gives you a carb support up here.
30:47So it supports the intake back here.
30:49So you don't have to worry about one up here.
30:51But just bolts right on.
30:53Uses the stock gaskets and stock hardware and flanges and everything.
30:58And this one is 3D printed also.
31:01But this one is 3D printed out of aluminum, which comes out kind of like a cast finish.
31:05And then we polish it in house.
31:08So, and then clean it all up.
31:10And that's what, that's what it ends up looking like.
31:13But that way you can, you can, you know, basically run the whole motor off of just
31:17these two wires utilizing the carb.
31:19You know, it just really simplifies the wiring and everything on the whole bike.
31:23We're a defender, Jen.
31:25All right.
31:30We love Ken, you know what I mean?
31:31He just, he's a great guy.
31:32But when I seen the tanks, you know, we don't, we didn't do any black bikes yet, you know?
31:37So I really wasn't sure, but the colors were phenomenal.
31:41I mean, they couldn't be better.
31:42That's cool too, huh?
31:45Awesome.
31:50Oh, that's nice.
31:53All right.
31:53Wow, that looks good.
31:54See that, this really looks good with the top the way it is.
31:57It does, I mean.
31:58The whole thing looks amazing.
32:01I think I did a good job, no?
32:03Yeah.
32:28No, the problem was that those holes should have been bigger.
32:31We had issues with the, what the chain clearance is.
32:35We had issues with the sprocket, the spacing on the sprocket, clearance with the tire and
32:41the fender, things that generally don't happen.
32:44But it's just like I said, you know, we'll get by it.
32:46The end result will be what I want it to be and hopefully what the customer wants it to be.
32:53Hi.
32:54I kind of ran with the Temptations idea.
32:57I liked, so I found a good album cover.
32:59It was from the Temptations live show.
33:01I was just wondering what you think about it, like the colors, what are you thinking?
33:06Yeah, that's the whole thing, you know, I'm a hippie.
33:07I know.
33:08Well, that's why I was, I was inspired by it.
33:10I was a hippie by a day and a drunk by a day.
33:12I was thinking like, kind of that point probably come out to this.
33:16Are we going to leave my picture of me?
33:18You sit.
33:19You've been wanting to take that down since we put it up.
33:22But, all right, if you're happy with it, then I'm happy with it.
33:26Thanks, cool.
33:27Yeah, I'll see you for lunch tomorrow.
33:28See you for lunch tomorrow.
33:29Hopefully they'll your food up tomorrow.
33:40Try to put it where you want it.
33:47More.
33:49Push this a little bit.
33:53That looks good to me.
33:55What's up?
33:56What's up?
33:56You're coming over.
33:57No problem.
33:58So you said there was something different about these LEDs?
34:00Yeah, this is from the company's cereal, man.
34:03Max.
34:03This is a new package, new lights, not even in the market yet.
34:06Now, there's still a prototype?
34:07Yes, sir.
34:08This will be a prototype.
34:09So you guys will be the first one.
34:11This will be the first bike with it.
34:13Yeah.
34:17Three balls.
34:20There's balls and some.
34:22Be on the shelf.
34:22Next bike we built, we're going to get a little bit more organized.
34:26Yeah, right.
34:28It's a whole different.
34:29It's a whole different because we're doing the back end.
34:32We put lights in the front fender.
34:33We did the whole engine and under the frame.
34:36So it's going to be way more lights on this one than the other bike.
34:40Red, white, and blue.
34:48All right, Jim.
34:49Let's get something done today, all right?
34:50All right.
34:51That's what we started.
34:57So you have Sean come in Sunday to Thursday?
35:03I'll take that over to the table.
35:06Is there any more clutch cables in here?
35:08I think it's just one.
35:18Yeah, this actually, normally Paul uses the open primaries.
35:24Being that this is the Harley-Davidson M8 motor, we're doing a closed primary.
35:30So it is chain drive.
35:31He usually uses a belt drive primary.
35:32It's a little different stuff than what Paul normally does.
35:34But being that this is the Harley motor, he wanted to go with the Harley primary as well.
35:38So it's enclosed, a little quieter than the open belts.
35:42So this morning, Mike and I saw Big Bill hanging out over by the dumpster.
35:47And he gave us an idea, you know, a franchise idea.
35:50For the low price of $500,000, you can own Big Bill's Pinellas dumpster chicken.
35:57I bet Bill would be a good chicken cooker, you know what I mean?
36:02Like, he could have Bill's fried chicken.
36:04And then that expanded to they're all break clean, soaked, ocean dredged,
36:09and sit in the sun for six to seven days.
36:12And you cook them in a dumpster.
36:15I'll buy one.
36:17I'd buy that for a dollar.
36:20Yeah, we're going to be billionaires.
36:22Yeah.
36:23I'm sick of not being a billionaire.
36:37So I would like to thank all our law enforcement for being here.
36:40You guys are amazing.
36:48So we're definitely getting closer, putting the gas tank on now.
36:53And hopefully it starts right out.
36:57But I do enjoy it.
37:02I'm going to go crooked.
37:03There you go.
37:08Go ahead.
37:10You're doing good.
37:11You doing okay?
37:11Yeah, you're doing really good.
37:12I got it.
37:13You got it perfectly, buddy.
37:15Stay right where you are.
37:34I started to bike up with that M8 motor in it and the exhaust that Drew built.
37:39And, I mean, the thing just had a, it had a great sound to it, yeah.
37:45We got it started.
37:48Sounds good.
37:49We got a few, we got a few miscellaneous things that we got to do to get it completely finished.
37:55But, but yeah, we're, we're, we're at the point where we can get it off the left and start the
38:00next project.
38:04The exhaust, we just sent it back to our powder coater who gets things done like that.
38:09Thank God for the powder coater.
38:11But, um, uh, and we did it black and black look a hundred percent better.
38:24The bike actually started right up.
38:26I'm going to go on it, uh, take a ride in the, in a nice cold weather, and then we'll
38:31bring it over to the unveil.
38:37The unveil just happened to be on a day which was 42 degrees.
38:42But, listen, we, you know, the day's the day, you know what I mean?
38:45It was, everybody made plans and there was no, there was no option.
39:04So let's give these guys a big round of applause before we start.
39:10And also, I would like to thank all our law enforcement for being here.
39:13You guys are amazing.
39:14We appreciate you.
39:17Oh, come on. We can do better than that. Come on.
39:32Yeah, it came out real nice.
39:33Yeah.
39:42Woo!
39:43Woo!
39:43Woo!
39:44Woo!
39:44Woo!
39:45Woo!
39:46In honor of all of our law enforcement officers that are out there doing traffic stops all the time,
39:53this bike is for you.
39:54We brought the idea to Paul and Paul absolutely loved it and his beautiful wife,
39:59Joan, and Jim worked on this and we could not be more proud.
40:03Thank you for what you do. Thank you for serving and protecting and giving back to our community.
40:09Woo!
40:11Woo!
40:12Woo!
40:13Woo!
40:13The casualties keep going up and we built this bike for awareness so that we would save more
40:23lives.
40:27Woo!
40:28Woo!
40:28Woo!
40:30Woo!
40:48So Bison Wealth is also involved in this build to serve and protect bike and the move
40:52over bike and we hope they like it as much as we do.
40:55Perfect merger of the two sort of ideas together and so what a perfect initiative to get behind and
41:01so it's just been a ton of fun to work with you guys and to be able to find something
41:05that we can
41:05actually do some really good with. It is just such a great feeling.
41:10So I think this is going to bring a lot of awareness so we are so grateful for this project
41:15to be able to do this with you guys. It's just it's it's a game changer and I believe it's
41:20going to
41:20save lives. I really do.
41:23Creativity, the enthusiasm, the excitement that went into this bike that is shown here today.
41:27It's absolutely incredible.
