104¾lb(47½kg) used again working on squatting under as Maxick did. Seeing the original rules of performance has helped me understand how the Olde Time Strongmen were able to Squat deep enough to catch big weights. This is by far the deepest l've been able to catch on my Swings. My right is doing particularly well. The left will get there. Last three sets shown. Oddly, the next to the last set was a miss on BOTH sides: the ONLY misses of the entire workout. Yeah, these dumbbell Swings are fun! God Bless.
