"While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal." - 2 Corinthians 4:18
143lb 8 sets of triples followed by a couple of singles w/165lb. Hands Together grip had Side & Rear Delts, Traps, and deeper Neck muscles such as Levator Scapulae and even Triceps feeling worked. HOW can this be the best session of Upright Rows? Have l been doing them wrong all this time? I think there's a misunderstanding that once you 'get' a movement, whether it's with lifting a weight or a Hook Kick or a Javelin throw, that it's only going to get marginally better. Ask a long-time Martial Artist worth their gi if their strikes are better than they were a decade ago or even a decade before that, and they will tell you YES! Practice not only brings consistency of performance but helps peel back the layers, allowing you to get more in tune with the groove. It's hard to explain, but those who've been practicing ANYTHING for decades will be able to relate. I hope you join us. God Bless.
