00:00Damn already. Let's talk Crosby. All right. Let's do it. All right. This is where you clip.
00:04The thumbnail is literally, see, this is what we do when I sit down to do a video here when
00:08it's
00:08not live. It's should they trade for Max Crosby? Question mark. Right. Like it's very much that
00:15simple. All right. You ready? There are going to be a lot of people that look at the Max Crosby
00:25stuff and say, I don't want any part of them. 29 years old, serious knee injury, failed
00:31a physical. Everyone's going to view him like damaged goods. And so there's going to be a
00:35few narratives here. The first narrative is the Raiders. They have to try to salvage this.
00:39So they're going to tell everyone, fine, we'll just keep Max Crosby. We're good. We weren't
00:45even that interested in trading him, even though they fielded offers and gave out doctor information
00:49and medical info and anything that these teams wanted. So that's going to be the first
00:54piece and they're going to try to rebuild his trade value. Then there's going to be the
00:58other side. He failed a physical. Oh my God. He's worth a second in 2028. Well, that's
01:06ridiculous. That's not true. He's the same player. He was five days ago. The answer of
01:11course is somewhere in the middle. Max Crosby's value is not what it was a week ago, but it's
01:16certainly not so depleted that the Bengals shouldn't be interested. Albert Breer has been
01:21all over this. Shout out to Albert Breer, that the Bengals were late to the game, but
01:25they were in the game when it came to the Max Crosby sweepstakes. And they at least inquired
01:30with the Raiders about what it would take. I believe they should do that again. I absolutely
01:35believe they should be in on Max Crosby, but at the right price. I'm not going to mortgage
01:41the entire future. I never would have given up two ones. Check my X timeline on Saturday
01:47night when this broke. The receipts are there. It's a lot to give up. I don't think I would
01:51have done it. And I said that then I wouldn't have done it. But if you can get him for
01:58pick
01:5841 this year and a first rounder next year, but that first rounder is conditional on Max
02:06Crosby playing a certain amount of games, being a pro bowler, having a certain number
02:11of sacks, the Bengals making the playoffs, put whatever condition you want on it, where
02:17it goes from a second to a first. Well, now we're talking and the Raiders are going to
02:23be interested in that deal because the 41st pick is still a very premium pick. It's a good
02:27pick. And if you could get a one next year, that draft is pretty darn loaded. You're going
02:32to have a lot of talent in next year's draft. The Raiders, they want that asset. So I would
02:38be in, but I would be in at my price. And so if you're the Bengals, my price might be
02:43different than what the Bengals price is. They should be in on Max Crosby. They should
02:47want to add Max Crosby to their roster. I would not be against doing that because of
02:53some failed physical that I think was ridiculously... I mean, what a plan. Within 12 hours, he failed
02:59as physical. And then we agreed to turn with Trey Hendrickson. We obviously know what happened
03:02there with the Ravens. I'm not letting that impact how I view this player. This player
03:10that can impact all three downs can give you one of the best edge rooms in the league.
03:15If you suddenly have Max Crosby, Boye Mafé, Shamar Stewart, and Miles Murphy, you're feeling
03:21really good about your edge room. Like really good. If you can do that without giving up the
03:2510th pick, and you have the cap space by restructuring Joe Burrow and Jamar Chase,
03:30you heard Jamar a few nights ago when that Crosby deal happened. He was like, my guy,
03:34he'll do whatever to get Crosby. He'll restructure his deal and give up his nice sports car, I think,
03:40maybe, to get Max Crosby. So should the Bengals be in on Max Crosby? They should.
03:46But they should have been on Max Crosby last week. And that doesn't mean two ones. The Raiders
03:50can say two ones. They're going to trade him, Andrew, before the draft, and it will be for less
03:55than two first round picks. And so if you're the Bengals be in at your price, try to get him,
04:03try to do it soon because the clock is ticking. And if it doesn't happen, then it doesn't happen.
04:09But the Raiders, they don't want to look around and try to trade this guy and no one has the
04:14cap
04:14space to absorb him. And so that's why they are under more of a clock than we realize. That's
04:20why instantly last night you saw, oh, well, the Raiders are just going to roll with Max. Like,
04:25okay, relax. Relax. Catch your breath here. They're going to let him heal. Maybe if no one wants to
04:32trade for Max Crosby, I don't think that's the case. I think if you're the Bengals, make a strong
04:37push. See if whatever you're willing to pay for Max is something the Raiders might accept. If the answer
04:43is yes, then hell yeah, you have Max Crosby. And if the answer is no, then move on. Go get
04:47some of
04:48these other guys that are in free agency, Arnold Epicady, Jadavian Clowney. Maybe it's DJ Reader.
04:52Maybe it's Javon Hargrave, these trench guys, and keep it moving. But I would be interested in Max
04:57Crosby at my price.
05:13I don't know. Woah.
05:15Because be aいき.
05:17That's no solution.
05:18Yeah.
05:19You know?
