00:00What were you, was there anything interesting you heard when you were out and about there in Indianapolis?
00:05You mean veterans or the rookies?
00:06Veterans.
00:07We'll get in last break into like the rookies.
00:10Yeah, so like the, like I think the interesting thing was that was a little unique is like that Kyler
00:18and Tua wanted to be cut.
00:20You know, and you don't hear that very often.
00:22And I think sometimes players don't like the optics of being cut, you know.
00:27Like, I think sometimes players would rather be traded than cut.
00:30But like, I think from a business perspective, it made sense for both those guys to be cut.
00:36Kyler's already been cut.
00:38Tua will be cut if the Dolphins can't work out a trade.
00:41And I think at this point, the Dolphins would have to pay almost all of his salary to facilitate a
00:48trade, which they're going to be responsible for anyway.
00:50But I think with both those guys, what's interesting is they're going to get out on the market and they're
00:56going to have the, they're going to be playing on an offset.
00:59And for people who don't know, that basically means their original teams are picking up the freight for them minus
01:07the minimum in 2026, which allows Kyler and Tua to make pure football decisions.
01:14What is best for me, football-wise?
01:17And we've seen all these stories over the last few years of guys basically resurrecting their careers at that position.
01:25Now, that's Geno Smith, Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield, Daniel Jones.
01:30And so like now I think like Tua and Kyler are in this really interesting spot where they can just
01:35say, whatever's best for my career.
01:38Like there's no difference money-wise and all these teams that need quarterbacks, it doesn't make a difference for them.
01:46And in fact, they're more like, these guys are more attractive.
01:49Of course, because you can get them on a minimum.
