04:20This is not a criminal prosecution, this is not a civil action, this is not an administrative action.
04:28Yung kay Ramil Madriaga, that is a criminal prosecution which was filed by the Vice President against Ramil Madriaga.
04:35As to whether or not may epekto ba ito dito sa aming impeachment proceedings,
04:41at this stage, wala.
04:43We will simply proceed to the impeachment proceedings.
04:48Pero kung makonvict nila si Ramil Madriaga dito sa perjury,
04:54somehow it will affect the veracity of the testimonies which he provided in his affidavit.

05:19is to make sure that we have an orderly proceedings while we hear these impeachment complaints.
05:27As to how it happened, na merong 54 na bumoto in favor of the impeachment complaint,
05:35I guess there's only one reasonable conclusion to make.
05:40And that is, they all believe that these impeachment complaints need to be heard farther
05:47sapagkat may sapat na basihan upang ituloy ang proceeding ng Justice Committee
05:54at upang magkaroon ng pagkakataon ang complainant, ang sambayan ng Pilipino,
06:00and even the Vice President to address the matters which are alleged in the impeachment complaint.
06:06Let us not be so negative about this impeachment process.
06:11This is not only for the complainant, this is for the Vice President as well.
06:16Because this impeachment proceedings is the perfect opportunity for her
06:21to belie all the allegations, to prove that they are not true,
06:26and eventually to exempt herself from all the allegations
06:33and perhaps the ultimate consequences of this impeachment proceedings.
