00:05I'm Liz Pinfield-Wells and I set up TerraCycle Telford to try and encourage
00:10more people in my area to recycle their hard-to-recycle items in their household
00:14waste and it's items that you can't normally put in your council recycling
00:18bin so I collect all sorts of things crisp packets, toothbrushes, toothpaste
00:23tubes, water filters, cheese bags, bread bags and it's all on my front garden in
00:28different boxes and bins. So when I've collected enough waste to meet the
00:38minimum targets I send it off to TerraCycle and they process it into pellets
00:43and flakes that then get reused to make items such as benches and watering cans
00:47and that gives the material a longer life and helps to keep the items out of
00:51landfill or incineration. And people can join my Facebook group TerraCycle Telford
00:58and find out all of the information, come along and drop off their recycling.
