13:37fantastic if you had a hashtag for your hospital like Great Ormond Street would be gosh and you put a

13:46positive things in absolutely fantastic nurses were wonderful really good care or you could say you
13:51know nurses weren't so good or they didn't wash their hands or whatever and then someone just
13:54have to monitor that and we'll have a much better health service sound advice thank you very much Dr.
