00:21divided into two chapters everything before that moment and everything after but what most people
00:32don't realize until they are walking through it themselves is that there is a third chapter too
00:40it's the chapter where you begin to see the world with a clarity you never had before where every
00:49breath becomes more precious where every sunrise feels like a quiet promise from God and where
00:59strength begins to grow in places you never expected it to this third chapter is not defined by fear even
01:10though fear may visit you it is not defined by uncertainty even though uncertainty may hover over
01:19you it is defined by a strange and beautiful truth that only people in deep battles ever fully understand
01:30the presence of God becomes more real in the storm than it ever felt in the calm the valley well
01:42the
01:42valley becomes a place of unexpected light the night becomes a place where you discover stars you never saw
01:51before and you begin to realize that hope well hope is not something fragile that can be taken from you

02:01something God keeps alive inside you even when your strength is fading there is a kind of wisdom that awakens

02:13face something like cancer it's not the wisdom that comes from books or conversations or inspirational sayings which
02:24everybody seems to send it's the wisdom that comes from knowing life in its rawest form suddenly you see what

02:35matters and what never did you begin to slow down not because you want to but because life invites you
02:44into a deeper
02:45pace a sacred pace one where you notice God in the ordinary you notice him in the sunlight that spills
02:57across your bed in
02:58the morning you notice him in the voice of someone who loves you you notice him in the courage you
03:07feel on the days you
03:08thought you would collapse you notice him in a way you still find the strength to laugh even when the
03:19situation seems
03:21impossible cancer may have changed the rhythm of your life but it cannot touch the God who walks with you
03:31it cannot silence his
03:34whisper it cannot dim the eternal flame burning in your spirit you may feel fragile but the soul inside you
03:45is not fragile at
03:47all it is anchored to an everlasting hope there are people who believe that their faith disappears when they are
03:57afraid but this
04:00journey well this journey teaches a much deeper truth faith is not the absence of fear faith is the quiet
04:11decision to take the next
04:12step even when fear is standing beside you faith is the courage to say God I don't know how this

04:26but I trust you with the middle and faith is found in the trembling breath the shaky prayer the moment

04:37hope even while tears run down your face you don't need a thunderous unshakable faith to move the heart of

04:49sometimes the most powerful faith in the world is the kind that simply refuses to give up and God honors

06:22you are learning how deeply you are loved not because of what you do but because of who you are

08:02i want you to imagine something gently imagine your life as a tapestry in God's hands
08:11you see the threads up close some bright some dark some tangled and some smooth
08:19but God he sees the entire picture he sees the beauty unfolding even in the places where you only see

08:32he sees purpose forming even in the places where you only see struggle
08:37he sees the final masterpiece even when all you can see is the difficult middle
08:44and one day whether in this life or the next you will understand that every thread
08:53every tear every prayer every moment of perseverance was woven by a God who never stopped holding you
09:06nothing about your journey is wasted nothing about your suffering is unseen and nothing about your pain
09:16is ignored you are held more tightly than you know so let this truth rise in your spirit
09:26your story is still being written and God is not finished with you there are still days ahead filled
09:35with laughter you haven't heard yet joy you haven't felt yet conversations you haven't had yet and moments
09:46that will take your breath away in the most beautiful of ways hope is not something you have to manufacture
09:55hope is something God plants in you nurtures in you protects in you and awakens in you again and again

10:10is not the denial of reality hope is the recognition that God is bigger than reality hope is the quiet

10:20that no matter what lies ahead you will never face it alone
10:28and i want you to carry this softly in your heart you are not defined by cancer
10:35you are defined by the God who walks beside you you are defined by the love that refuses to let

11:03you are still a living story of beauty courage grace and divine purpose
11:12you will get through this you will get through this not because you never feel afraid

11:26but because he is strong within you and not because the path is easy but because his presence
11:35is enough one breath at a time one day at a time one quiet moment of hope at a time
