00:01The new Adelaide University was meant to open doors for students.
00:06For some, it's instead created stress and uncertainty.
00:10I'm still waiting for my study plan.
00:12So I know what I'm doing this term, but after June, July,
00:15I've got absolutely no clue what my schedule is looking like at all.
00:18We're not people online. We're just, like, nothing really.
00:22The 19-year-old criminology student hopes to become a forensic investigator
00:27in the police force one day, but right now she says she's struggling
00:30to get answers from the uni.
00:32You know, no-one can transfer me to someone that will help.
00:35It doesn't help you mentally.
00:37Like, you kind of feel like you're out of control.
00:39We've got a vast majority of students now enrolled
00:41and already commencing their teaching,
00:43but we are working through some isolated cases.
00:47Meanwhile, a student who spoke to the ABC back in January
00:50says he still has some concerns about his subject requirements.
00:54Ben, it's been about a month since we last met.
00:56Has anything changed?
00:58Very little, I suppose.
00:59I have a study plan now.
01:01That study plan extends my degree by about six months,
01:04which means, of course, I'll have to then pay fees
01:07and all of the extra costs.
01:09No students should have their study duration extended
01:13as part of the transition to Adelaide University,
01:15and any that are finding that or when they go to enrol
01:18see issues to contact us and we are resolving them.
01:21Adelaide University leadership has apologised to students impacted
01:24and has vowed to keep working on its administration
01:26and communication issues.
01:28So, let's see.
01:29Let's see.
01:29Let's see.
01:29Let's see.
01:30Let's see.
01:30Let's see.
